Atour is a hidden gem that offers great amenities. If you join as a member you'll get free breakfast and permanent discounts. Each room does not have carpet and shower pressure is great. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the location to eating places is very convenient. Shopping malls are within 30 min walk. However, note the hotel only provides very basic toiletries, like toothbrush, shower cap and cotton buds. Breakfast is simple but sufficient for busy travelers. their drip coffee and tea leaves provided in the room are good. the only thing that prevent me from giving 5 stars is the lighting in the room. They used mainly yellow light so the visibility is not very good and there is no light at the wardrobe area. Overall, it is not too bad a hotel choice with the reasonable rate.

Excellent location. Short distance walk to popular eat outs and large shopping centers. The room was spacious, clean and filled with many bottles of water unlike other hotels. All inclusive breakfast was nice and front desk receptionist were polite and thoughtful. Certainly I will return here again.

As a foreigner I am looking to find front desk with at least one English speaking person. The other drawback was the dark rooms and the worn out carpets at the corridors. The positive side was the good beds and pillows. The aircon was good and the supplied drinks plentiful.

Good and convenient hotel, good for business travellors.

Hotel is well located and the service staff are excellent. Worth mentioning is the pillows and bed provided are very comfortable for sleeping.

Amazing service! They even let me stay in my double bed room for no extra charge. Super clean rooms & friendly staff.

The staff are good, but if they can speak a bit slower will be good for me to understand better. But, all is fine😄

I can’t believe I paid ¥658 for this dump. But it’s my own fault for not following my first mine and going to the Marriott. The room is Uber small for the price (and location), the TV didn’t work and as soon as I opened the door I could smell cigarette smoke. Back to the Marriott

The staff were so inefficient and took more than an hour to find my online booking. Actually the staff at the front desk and even the manager just asked me to call trip.com and settle the case by myself. Cant believe how unprofessional they were!

It could be better.
