The customer service is very good and friendly. The room is very clean. The facility is good. There is a washing machine and dryer too. I would recommend my other friends to stay here in the future.

This hotel is really great value for money in Shanghai, especially being so close to the zoo and only costing a little over 200 a night. Parking spaces right outside are limited, but they directed us to a nearby lot and gave us a parking voucher. The room itself was typical Ibis standard.

The room isn't very large, but the facilities are quite new, and the room hygiene is good. However, the washing machines in the laundry room weren't very clean; I didn't even dare to use them. There were black spots around the rubber seals.

The hotel is not too far from the Hongqiao airport, 20-30 min drive depending on the trafic, apart from that the location is not that great. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but hopefully people will stop smoking indoors in China one day. When I stayed in the hotel there were so any people smoking in the lobby, next to the gym and the smoke went to my room on the second floor...
