The hotel offers shuttle services to various locations, which is super convenient – just book in advance. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We had to leave early for Disneyland, so we arranged for a packed breakfast the night before. The next morning, we just picked it up downstairs. It came in a very nice paper box (bread, fruit, nuts, porridge, a drink, cutlery pack, etc.), making for a quick and easy meal. Oh, and they also offer complimentary 'good night' porridge in the evening, and the first round of in-room drinks is free. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. The only slight drawback is that the room was too dim. All the small lamps made it hard to see things clearly. To put on makeup, I had to open the curtains during the day or use my own light at night. It was especially dim around the bedside, making it impossible to see. I hope they can change the light strip color or install additional bedside lamps.

The hotel is quite close to Kangxin Highway, and the soundproofing is good. The breakfast is rich. A five-star hotel is definitely better than a regular budget hotel. I hope they can replace the washing machines and dryers with commercial LG ones, and add more washer-dryer units.

This was my first stay and overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and the lobby is particularly innovative. It's a high-value option for visiting Disneyland, and the various shuttle services are very convenient. The room design was also thoughtfully laid out and practical. I especially loved that the bathroom could be accessed from both sides without disturbing my travel companion's sleep, and the small round table with the lighted makeup mirror was a fantastic touch. My only minor complaint is that due to the high number of guests, we ended up in a room right next to the elevator, which was quite noisy. However, considering most guests are families with children visiting Disneyland, it's understandable and acceptable.

The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, and the amenities are good, with decent-sized rooms. However, it's very noisy at night due to its proximity to the subway, and even with a window, I couldn't open it. Coming back from Disney on the hotel shuttle, I rushed to catch it. My two kids were a little slower behind me. The staff member had already loaded my suitcase onto the bus. Just as my kids were about to reach the bus, a few other people rushed over. The staff member then prioritized them, filling the bus, and incredibly, took my luggage off the bus, telling me to wait for the next one. Shouldn't there be a first-come, first-served policy? My kids weren't far behind, maybe only 20-30 meters away.

The room was very spacious, and it was a Kitty-themed room, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Disneyland. The breakfast was also very generous and plentiful.

The service here truly deserves five stars! Traveling solo with my child, I chose this hotel after booking a pre-sale deal, which was incredibly affordable. To my delight, they upgraded our room upon check-in. Joining their customer service WeChat group was a game-changer – so convenient! Whether it was booking the shuttle, or requesting extra supplies for the room, they were always quick to respond and fulfill our needs. The shuttle service is fantastic, with frequent routes to Disneyland, the airport, train station, and the Bund. We used it for all our outings during our stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! Oops, I forgot to take pictures of the room! 😂 The kids' meals at the ground floor restaurant are also excellent – great value and my little one absolutely loved them!

We stayed at this hotel for our Disney trip. Having also stayed at the Intercontinental Holiday Inn near Disney, I now realize Novotel is much better. We stayed two nights this time, and to put it simply, the breakfast is great, the kids' activities are excellent, and getting around is very convenient. **Environment:** This hotel has a lot of Korean guests. The lobby has a ball pit play area and a kids' club. The club staff (the 'jiejie' or 'big sister') are very pretty and will lead the children in crafts, and they are incredibly generous with materials, offering a wide variety. My child loved it. **Service:** There are several water dispensers in the hotel lobby, and even a robot coffee machine. Participating in activities earns you coupons. Upon check-in, you get access to a concierge service group chat that is incredibly responsive to all requests. In the evenings, they offer free foot-soaking tubs and foot bath sachets. There's a self-service laundry on the first basement floor; it's only a few yuan per load, and the dryers are fantastic. We washed five days' worth of clothes accumulated from our cruise all at once. **Transportation:** It's extremely convenient. There are free shuttle buses available at all times. The shuttle to Disney runs every half hour, with the last return to the hotel at 10:30 PM. There are also shuttle buses to the Bund, and calling a taxi is easy. Compared to the Intercontinental Holiday Inn, this hotel's restaurant is smaller, the breakfast selection isn't as good, and the kids' activities aren't as good. The shuttle buses there stop running in the afternoon, so if you want to go to Disney Town in the evening, you have to take a taxi, which can be hard to get.
