This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! It's super close to the Bund, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and Yu Garden. We had a typhoon and heavy rain on our checkout day, which was difficult with elderly parents and children. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and gave us special consideration, allowing us a late checkout. We're so grateful! The room itself was excellent; despite the rain outside, it wasn't humid at all, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cool!

The location was superb. It close to the bund and Nanjing east road. I like the big open space in front of the hotel. It is not congested with cars. Feels like inside a community. Our room can view pearl tower and have veranda. The room is well maintained, can feel its old but clean and good. I like the supply of water , they give more. Only comment on toothbrush they dont provide anymore. The doorman are nice.

Our family trip to the New Century Hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to the Bund and Nanjing Road. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they proactively helped us with our luggage when we arrived and departed, and always greeted us. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and had a great view.
