Overall, the value for money is really good. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. When assigning my room, they even thoughtfully considered the rainy season and gave me one with a small balcony. Plus, there's a gym at the hotel, which pretty much meets all needs. There were four of us staying here, and every time we come to Xuhui, we choose BASE because it's incredibly convenient. The service is exceptional; everyone is so kind and they even helped us with our luggage. The rooms are very clean, and it's great that you can do laundry and work out.
