After experiencing the luxurious service and comfortable facilities of Senz Hotel, I can't help but give high praise to this hotel and their management team, as well as Yiko of the front desk. Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. Stayed over night here at Senz. Just next to it there is pedestrian street called Lido way. Good choice of restaurants and pubs. Hotel itself is clean. But some room needs renovation. Our room’s wall paper scratched and teared. Over all good stay.

Perfect stay. Huge swimming pool and well equipped gym. It’s a perfect location to visit the nearby 蟠龙天地 which is a lovely new area for boutiques, water town sights and eateries . 20 mins taxi from the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Especially Yiko, professional. Hotel is clean and well managed. Good location , many restaurants nearby

All my hotel stayed was very pleasant. The facilities and the service were great. I would mainly like to thank to Irish and Tina at the restaurant area and to Necia at the front desk, they were always too kind with my and also with my friends.

The hotel exceeded expectations as always with its impeccable service. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring e very comfortable stay. Special mention to Mr. Noel of Estilo restaurant who attended all our needs. The service provided by Mr. Noel was incredibly accommodating and made my birthday and our family day extra special! And also shout out to Mr. Charlie( Estilo) , Ms. Michelle from front desk for a great service experience! Will always come back to this hotel. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!

We loved our stay in the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, Amanda in the front desk was really nice and helped us with everything. They gave us an extra coupon to use in the SPA which we also recommend. Overall it was great, will go back again!

I had a good stay here and the room was quite nice. The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The ambiance is very relaxing. The location is next to Lidoway, a lane where you can find different restaurants. Customer service is superb especially the in-house restaurant. Breakfast has a good variety.

We are a family of four with 2 kids. For us adults, it's been a while since we had a spa experience and The Senz reminded us how relaxing it is. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, it was big and clean. The food choices are all yummy. All the staff, especially the Filipino staff are all accommodating and very gracious. Overall, it's a staycation worth visiting again very soon.

Great experience at Senz Hotel & Spa. The staff is friendly and polite. Kudos to the very admirable, friendly and welcoming hotel manager, Zed Chen. This hotel is a cozy & perfect place to relax outside the busy city. Amenities are clean and the hotel has a very enticing smell. Will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!
