Excellent location. Close to many attractions snd metro station. Many good restaurants snd pastry shop close to the hotel.

Good location, 5 mins walk from metro station and walkable distance to Nanjing road.
Big room with reasonable price. Be aware that they won’t open air conditioner from November. Room with no windows will be very hot.

The location was perfect, close to the Nanjing Road and only 5 minutes by walk to the metro station line 2.
The girls at the reception were really friendly although they didn't speak English.
The room was pretty much clean, but we found some black hair on the floor the first day. We could've brought the hair inside with our shoes, but they didn't clean it the following days.
I really appreciated that there was a free laundry, but it was only open from 9am to 9pm. We came back to the room late at night (like 10pm) and we couldn't wash anything.
However, I really recommend this hotel and I would come back there in the future!

Counter staff were extremely helpful! We had some difficulties identifying our packages and the staff were both patient and helpful to help us solve the issues.
Hotel is conveniently located with plenty of F&B outlets nearby and a convenience store just next to the hotel, and 2 more down the road.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. We booked 2 rooms and staff had initiative to arrange them side by side for our convenience. Location is central and easily accessible. Food options aplenty just along same street as hotel, convenience store is just next door. Location is easy to get around.

The room was clean and comfy. Reception is available for 24 hr and is very helpful. The room we booked was a little bit small for 2 peoples, we recommended to book a larger type. Have a nice trip everyone!!
