I stayed in the Puyi Suite this time. The hotel's location is outstanding, just 300 meters from Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, and People's Square is right around the corner. It's super convenient for shopping and visiting attractions. The staff were warm and friendly, offering thoughtful and meticulous service, always patiently answering any questions we had. The suite had a broad view, and the night view from the room was exceptionally beautiful; as the lights came on, the city scenery was truly breathtaking. My partner and I had such a wonderful experience staying at Shanghai Puyan Bund Hotel during our first trip to China. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed.
We'd especially like to thank Shirley, who kindly organised a complimentary room upgrade to celebrate our five year anniversary. The suite was beyond anything we expected and made our stay feel even more special. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we'll always remember.
The location is fantastic. We were within easy walking distance of Nanjing Road, The Bund, nearby train stations and so many wonderful cafés, restaurants and local attractions. It made exploring Shanghai incredibly easy, whether we were walking through the city or taking the metro to other parts of town.
The views from the hotel were beautiful, and after long days exploring the city, it was such a lovely place to return to each evening. Everything felt comfortable, peaceful and well looked after.
Thank you to everyone at Shanghai Puyan Bund Hotel for making our first experience in China so memorable. We truly felt looked after throughout our stay, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again the next time we're in Shanghai. Our day at hotel was amazing eating joy, a prime location mainly 300 m from 19 Road at Green Street and the People’s Square is just a short Stoll away exploring downtown Shanghai shopping and visiting attractions are extremely convenient. The staff are friendly and they provide social service and we’re always ready to offer assistance. The beautiful night view from the room was another big highlight on stories and night views the hotel delivers satisfying experience. It is an ideal accommodation choice for tourist. we truly enjoyed our time here and we are definitely return our next visit to Shanghai.🩵🩵

This hotel has a fantastic location. It is just 200m from the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street , and People’s square is within walking distance. The staffs are warm and friendly. We love the beautiful night and beautiful sunrise view from our room. We had a wonderful stay here and it is a great choice for visitors to Shanghai. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely visit again! 💙💙

A beautiful hotel with a very stylish and comfortable room. The panoramic elevator with a stunning river view was a lovely touch. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great experience!

This hotel is close to the Bund and Suzhou Creek! The surrounding area is lively, yet the hotel itself offers a quiet escape. The staff quality is excellent, especially their enthusiasm! I was very satisfied with the front desk's service attitude 👍🏿! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and shower, plus a bathtub 🛁 for a relaxing soak! After a tiring day, a hot bath in the room was absolutely amazing! I also enjoyed the afternoon tea!
