2 minutes walk to metro station (line 2) which is connected to both airports (hongqiao and Pudong)- very convenient. Right off of nanjing road east where all the big shopping complexes were. Very close to the bund ~15-20 minutes walk. Very close to other famous eats. Cons: the walls of the hotel rooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours quite easily. The fridge also doesn’t work that well to cool beverages but free water bottles were provided daily.

The location is unbeatable and the cleanliness is great! Just a short walk from the Bund and MRT Exit 1. Breakfast was ok… It is opposite the famous Shanghai eatery, you must try!

Superb location. This hotel is located in the heart of Nanjing Road. It is very easy to book the airport transfer. You just copy the Chinese name of the hotel onto the app. It takes around 45 minutes to reach the hotel, and you can walk along Nanjing Road. If you are into art toys (Pop Mart), it is just a 2-3 minute walk from Nanjing Road. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Even though some of them cannot speak English, they try to help. I could not remember their names, but all of them at the front desk were the best, even the chef at the breakfast restaurant. I would recommend choosing this hotel if you want a place near Nanjing Road. The hotel also provides free drinking water.

Everything was great, other than the information for the morning snacks to be preped wasn't (as i have been instructed to inform front desk just 1 day before). Sound proofing for the rooms can be better worked on as well. Also for the 1 way translucent toilet door (esp for twin single bed, but non-couple rooms) Other than the above points, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and welcoming

This hotel very convenient location, which few minutes walk to east nanjing station and walking distance to nanjing road, The bund, Popmart, etc. Staff are friendly, room cleanliness is good, bottles water are free anytime. Overall are good and satisfied.

Location is the best. Just a minute walk from East Nanjing exit 1 (with escalator up to the ground floor). It is also 100-200 meters away from exit 2 which has both up and downward escalators. Hotel staffs are friendly. Room and amenities are all good. Cozy bed bring you happily sleep for next day shopping/exploring Shanghai. Breakfast is something could be improved for variety. Overall satisfaction is heavily weighted on locations.

We had a great week staying at the hotel. It is very near to exit 1 of nanjing east station along the walking street! Plenty of food, malls and shops around that area. Our room was big for family with spaces to put our luggages too!

Location is prefect and there is famous restaurant which is just opposite to hotel. 5 minutes walk to metro system.

Nice place to stay, near MRT and shopping area, some old shop near by providing cheap food, hotel staffs are super friendly.

All good, location, service, cleaniness, price. Safe since police station is 2 doors away. Minus points are the sound insulation and pillows which too soft.

Location is good, close to metro line 2. Room is clean and cozy. Hotel staff may not communicate in English. Breakfast is standard. Recommend the hotel to put the towel hanger convenient to shower room.

Location was really ideal. Staff were helpful in helping us order food deliver as we do not have china phone number. Will considering staying back here again if they can fixed the aircon issue as the fan will keep turning on and off overnight. Breakfast choices can be improved.

Amazing stay at Metropolo Jinjiang hotel. Very close to East Nanjing Road shopping area and also East Nanjing Road metro station. Although ee are unaware that this metro station operational hours only until afternoon. 😩 Nevertheless, the room is spacious, toilet equipped with bidet, universal electric socket, abundant mineral water bottles for free, and decent breakfast choices.
