Nice hotel location. The room is nice and cleanliness is good. However, the room sound proof can be further improve. Hotel staffs are very nice which offered a lot of help. Overall is sastified with it.

This is my second time in Shanghai . But this hotel is really clean and silent. By the way so close Metro station and Nanjing road street. And room is also well decorated and quality. Next time we will see i hope.

Wow, this hotel is highly recommended for couples of families who want to stay right in the heart of Nanjing East Road (where everything happens) but not have to open spend. The service overall was superb. So, firstly, the location is seriously convenient, just a 3 min walk away from a train station direct from airport. While it's super near the main nanjing road, the hotel is just slightly a turn away so that it's not that noisy too. i cannot imagine living right on the nanjing east road street.. the noise level would be crazy.
The hotel staff were super friendly, they had chats with us etc, making us feel more like friends than customers.
Also, for those going during cold temperature periods, dont be surprised that there is no "A/C" in the room. it is the same in most hotels in China during winter. The A/C actually blows hot air mostly. The way you get cooler air is by opening the windows. That's how they taught us. The cold air from outside is even stronger than an A/C.

The hotel provided excellent service and staffs were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The hotel located next to a local police office, pharmacy was just within walking distance which highly convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. By walking less than 5 mins (250 metres) to underground subway station. Overall it was a comfortable stay in this place.

Great location! Literally in the same middle section of their Pedestrian street, so convenient going to The Bund or the other end. Although there is another Metropolo Hotel closer to The Bund, but I actually like this location better cuz it’s in the middle section of the pedestrian street. Also the room size was very decent, bigger than I thought. I would come back to this hotel and refer friends to this.

Great stay! Staff is helpful in finding taobao! 🎁
Hotel is convenient because it is beside a train station. Just the noise from the street at night/morning be a bit noisy. (they were having construction in the morning.
