Very friendly and helpful staff. Sent a list of retailers for food recommended and assisted with WiFi, air conditioner and TV. Customer service was amazing and was dumbfounded. Even gave a small souvenir to us when we checked out to leave for the airport. Excellent!

The room is clean, cozy and decorated in a modern style. The location is excellent—about 500 meters from Raffles City, a very convenient shopping complex. The closest and most practical metro access is People’s Square Station, Exit 15. You can also find Hey Tea and Ah Ma Handmade near Raffles City.

Service was great and I love how they accommodated and helped accept many packages even though it’s a couple days before I arrived. I received everything that I shipped earlier though keep in mind that picking out your package could be a bit of an honour system sometimes especially when it gets busy. So I wouldn’t recommend extremely expensive packages being shipped just to be safe. They were also very helpful in helping me find packages too. Just make sure to tell seller if they can go put your name out on the package in case it’s obscured by privacy. Staff was helpful but they weren’t as fluent in English so translation app is needed to communicate with them. I don’t recall any special amenities on site or at least I wasn’t informed during my stay. However they do give you free water bottles each day. Coffee is extra though there is Luckin across the street which does really good affordable coffee. Be sure to put out the sign to not enter your room as by default the cleaning staff will come in and clean unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in Asia. Location is really convenient. The only issue I have is that the shower seems leak over the edge when we showered so you have to becareful of how you angle the shower head. We also received a personal note in English after we checked out with a souvenir gift which was a nice touch to encourage us to leave a perfect review. I think honesty is the best policy, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We have the deluxe queen which is great for a couple and I had so much packages so the extra bench space on the side to sort ours stuff was helpful.

All the staff were lovely and friendly! The room was spacious, with an automatic bidet and heated toilet seat, very convenient! Great location near malls, restaurants, and shops. They even gave us a souvenir at checkout. Excellent value and highly recommended!
