The first time I visited Disney, I stayed at the Toy Story Hotel, and we had to take a shuttle bus back and forth to the park. I remember everyone scrambling to get on the shuttle, and often having to stand. This time, I chose the Atour Hotel in Chuansha, and they offer a shuttle bus service to Disney, which is super convenient. I feel it's just as good, if not better, than the Toy Story Hotel's shuttle – much more comfortable and no need to squeeze in. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at Atour, and it's still pretty good. The hygiene seems very satisfactory. I didn't notice some of the minor issues mentioned by other netizens, but I'll keep an eye out for them. Breakfast was decent; not a huge variety, but enough to get by.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station, with a convenience store nearby – super convenient! We arrived late at night and were given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. In the evenings, they offer free congee, xiaolongbao, and pickled vegetables. The breakfast spread is rich and delicious, and the serving hours are long enough. They have a book bar, a gym, and a laundry room. The room size is generous, very clean, and the Wi-Fi is quite stable, meeting all our needs! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, definitely a great review, and worth coming back to!

I had a layover in Shanghai, arriving the first night and flying out the second afternoon. I wanted to stay somewhere with convenient food and drink options, which made me think of Chuansha. Choosing Atour was definitely the right call! The room was clean, hygienic, and very practically designed. It was super easy for friends to visit, and there are parks and old streets nearby to explore, with plenty of delicious food. Plus, there's a shuttle service to the airport. The Atour staff were excellent; they arranged a non-smoking room on a high floor, away from the elevator, and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even better. This Atour even has a late-night snack service, and they had my favorite 'bingfen' (iced jelly)! So delightful! 😍

Traveling to Shanghai with my parents and kids, this hotel was a great choice. It's conveniently located, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. The shuttle service to and from the airport and Disneyland was super handy. It's definitely a good place to stay in Shanghai.

Traveling alone with my child, we arrived at Shanghai Pudong Airport late at night and were so grateful for the shuttle service. The driver even helped with our heavy luggage, which was incredibly kind. What's more, we didn't have to wait for everyone else; they took just a few of us to the hotel first. At the front desk, they upgraded our room, and since my child was a bit hungry, they also offered a complimentary light meal. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Shanghai; it felt so welcoming.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, helpful, and always ready to assist. The airport transfer service was smooth, arranged a business vehicle and the driver was friendly and punctual. The room was clean, fresh, and well maintained, with plenty of bottled water provided daily. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to metro and bus stops, and the bedding was comfortable for a good night’s rest. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return on my next visit to Shanghai.

Disney shuttle service: a godsend! My legs were dead after walking all day, so the hotel's service was a lifesaver. Atour Hotel chain, a brand you can trust. Very comfortable, and I had a great stay! 👍

This hotel is indeed hidden gem in chuansha area. Firstly the location is nearby airport and metro stations and disneyland. Getting around is convenient. There is also a nearby park where we can take a relaxing walk. The Room is standard but they are clean and comfortable. The front desk service is polite and nice, they even provide us bottled water when we check out, stating that the weather outside is hot and encourage us to drink more water. Most importantly, the breakfast here is amazing, i get to eat my white dragon fruits and healthy salad vegetables and variety of choices. So far, this is one of the best hotel in chuansha. I will stay here again. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from Metro Line 2, and Pudong Airport is only a 30-minute ride away. The service is incredibly thoughtful, offering late-night snacks, a 24-hour gym, and laundry facilities. The breakfast is exquisite and plentiful, with a well-balanced variety of options. The bedding in the room is comfortable. Very satisfied!

The hotel environment is good, and the service is excellent, both attentive and warm. I would choose to stay here again if I come to Chuansha.

Location: The hotel is located near Chuansha subway station, within easy walking distance. Metro Line 2 offers convenient access to both Hongqiao Railway Station/Airport and Pudong Airport. Service: The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which is very convenient. The first shuttle to Disneyland departs at 7:20 AM, but if you have an early access pass for the park, you'll need to make your own way there. The late shuttle departs from Disneyland at 10:20 PM, and upon returning to the hotel, there's a simple supper of porridge and buns available at the restaurant. Check-in is available after 10 AM, which is great for those arriving on early flights or trains, allowing you to check in and free yourself from carrying luggage around. Room Facilities: I booked a Jiumu King Room, and Atour's bedding is consistently very comfortable. The mini-fridge in the room contains Atour's own tea drinks, as well as Coke. Upon checkout, I received a complimentary snack bag as a souvenir, which was perfect for the journey home.

The service was excellent. Before I even checked in, the front desk proactively offered me a cup of honey water, which was a very thoughtful touch. The location is super convenient for getting around, and they even have a shuttle service to Disneyland and the airport, which is incredibly handy! I highly recommend Atour to all my fellow travel enthusiasts.
