The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff (Xiao Dingdang) provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious!

This hotel is always my top choice when I travel, and it never disappoints! The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the common areas are clean and refined. The room has great natural light, is spacious and airy, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly until morning. The service is also very warm and attentive; any requests were promptly addressed, making my stay exceptionally comfortable!

I always stay here for business trips, but this time I felt the room was quite dusty, and the cleaning wasn't as thorough as before. The room's facilities are also showing signs of age, especially the air conditioning. Even when turned off, there's a loud ventilation noise, which really affected my sleep at night. However, the staff's service attitude was excellent.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I absolutely have to sit down and praise the two young ladies at the front desk of Atour Hotel Shanghai Pujiang Shendu Highway that afternoon. I originally came to Pujiang to entertain clients and had work scheduled for the early morning, so I temporarily booked a room. I was exhausted, and the next day was a busy, normal check-out. That afternoon, the apple pears my family sent for the clients arrived at the front desk. Since walking through the kitchen would make the clients see them, I thought of borrowing a fruit knife to prepare them myself and take them to the restaurant. After asking the hotel, the front desk lady regrettably said that a fruit knife is a sharp tool, and for safety reasons, they couldn't lend it to me. Understanding their policy, I initially thought I'd just deal with it at the restaurant. To my surprise, she then asked if I needed help preparing them, which was a huge help! She also thoughtfully asked how many slices I needed and for how many people, and even got a bag for the extra fruit. She went back and forth to the kitchen to help me with the fruit. In a short while, she brought back the sliced fruit. Knowing it was for my clients' dinner, the fruit was neatly cut and sealed with cling film. Finally, she even gave me fruit forks. What touched me wasn't the small act of cutting fruit, but that she chose to help me outside of their rules, even though she didn't know if I was still staying there. She considered my urgency and was so meticulous and warm. Knowing I was a checked-out guest, she still generously offered to help me, letting me take the utensils and saying there was no rush to return them. Thank you to the two young ladies working that afternoon! Atour is trustworthy, and we'll meet again!
