Good location, the only complaint from my side is smell from air conditioner, it was not very pleasant . It certainly feels like apartments was made for rental purposes and repairs were done using cheapest and fastest way, rooms looks much better in pictures . But all being said it is good deal if you want to stay on Jing An area. Ps. Room is very feminine. Ps2. I found an empty box for small camera in apartment which is very creepy.

The appartment location was great. It was 2 blocks close to the Jing An metro station and 3 blocks away from Huashan Hospital. It was nearby a 4 floor shopping mall with restaurants. The decoration was exactly as the add, it looked modern and cossy. There were guardians in the front door 24 hours, and they were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there. Totally recommended. I had high hopes when I booked the hotel, but I was disappointed. The facilities looked good, but upon closer inspection, there were many loopholes and lack of maintenance. The door lock was extremely difficult to open. The management staff was irresponsible and impatient to teach the guests. The toilet was blocked, the shower room floor drain was blocked, the washbasin faucet was loose, and the air inlet baffle of the air conditioner fell off. What was even more annoying was that the pipe staff had an extremely bad attitude and poor quality. They said that toilet paper could not be thrown into the toilet, and they even dared to threaten, slander and abuse the guests, and falsely accused the guests of deliberately destroying the facilities. This was the first time I encountered such a situation. I hope Ctrip will seriously investigate and deal with it. If the behavior is true, they should be fired! It was a very bad experience. Ctrip should rectify your service quality system.

This is my first bad review of a hotel. The photos are far from the actual room. The room is not cleanable. Even the food residue left by the previous guest is still in the refrigerator. There are still bread crumbs in the microwave. . Not only was it dirty and messy, but there were also various safety hazards. There were all kinds of messy power cords behind the microwave (I don’t know how it passed the fire inspection). There were all kinds of scale on the glass in the bathroom, old soap marks, and a rickety shower rack. After being unable to check in normally, I wanted to check out early for the eight nights I originally booked but was refused and was forced to deduct an extra three nights. It can be said that this hotel has nothing but its location. PS, if the landlord jumps out and says that these dirty things are all left by me, then I can provide the cleaning lady’s recording~

I always stay here when I go to Shanghai on business. The transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable, and the landlord is nice. It feels like home. Any questions are answered promptly. There are shopping, dining, cafes, pubs, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Jing'an Temple subway station is also very close.
