Check-in was quick, the hygiene was excellent, and the fragrance was lovely – the lobby smelled great and the room air was very fresh. The room cleaning was very thorough. The room with a balcony was beautiful, I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The environment is quite quiet, next to a residential area and a stadium, so I wasn't woken up while sleeping. The front desk service was excellent, very enthusiastic, and actively helped resolve any issues. However, there were hairs and black dust on the duvet, and the bathroom might be damp as there was a musty smell when I entered the room. The cleanliness could definitely be improved.

The location might be a bit out of the way, but it's incredibly quiet. It's super convenient to get everywhere. The main highlight is how well the lady at the front desk took care of me. I forgot the name of the staff member who checked me in that afternoon, but she patiently and thoroughly reviewed my requests. Knowing I have allergies and am sensitive to mold and a lot of dust, she informed the housekeeping manager and had the room carefully re-checked to ensure everything was fine. This was unlike other hotels in Shanghai that just glance at notes and don't take them seriously at all. I had a really, really great check-in experience that afternoon. Thank you to that young lady. The hotel is also super clean ❤️

I booked this hotel in advance for a concert. The location is fantastic, right downstairs from the stadium and subway station. The front desk kindly upgraded my room, which had a great view and was very quiet – I could see the stadium right from my window.
