Our stay at Aman Yangyun was an unforgettable experience for our family. We arrived at the hotel by taxi from the airport, but we encountered a problem as we couldn’t complete the payment due to issues with our Alipay setup. The hotel staff quickly stepped in, escorting us to the lobby and taking care of the payment on our behalf. Moreover, since the taxi driver had charged us an unreasonably high amount, the staff even negotiated a reduction for us. Their swift and thoughtful actions gave us a great sense of relief. While every aspect of our stay was exceptional, the following experiences left a particularly lasting impression: 1. **Calligraphy Workshop with the Kids** We participated in a calligraphy session as a family, where we learned the techniques of writing and created beautiful pieces under the guidance of the instructor. 2. **Cycling Adventures** We rented bikes and explored the vast forest adjacent to the hotel. The cycling experience was incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. 3. **New Year’s Fireworks** At midnight on New Year’s Eve, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky. The sheer volume of fireworks was astonishing—far beyond what you’d expect from a single hotel. It was a truly satisfying experience, and we could tell that a great deal of effort and expense had gone into the celebration. 4. **Peaceful Landscape with Wildlife** The hotel grounds were home to deer, black swans, and a beautiful river, creating a serene and idyllic landscape that was both calming and delightful. This stay will remain a cherished memory for our family.

My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. This visit was an extended stay from the previous review because I was waiting for my apartment to be ready. The staff was really helpful this because I needed to get some documents processed at a print shop. They took the time to assist.  I can share some additional photos of the area/entrances. Magic Plaza, Starry Street, and the MAQIAO sign are a quick walk down the street, lively with locals and shops/cafes/spas/restaurants.

Overall, my stay was quite satisfying. The breakfast was plentiful with a good balance of meat and vegetables, making it nutritious. The hotel also offered many complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch. Having mineral water available on the floor was very convenient and thoughtful. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating, arranging a quiet room for me. Excellent!

This hotel stay left a fantastic impression on me! As soon as I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they even upgraded me to a family room when they saw I had a child – my impression of them instantly shot through the roof. The room itself was clean and tidy, which was very pleasant. The facilities were comprehensive, with everything from a TV, air conditioning, and kettle to a refrigerator and smart toilet, fully meeting all daily needs. The soundproofing was also good, making for a very quiet night. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and tasted great, setting me up for an energetic day. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service and fantastic value for money.

An Unexpected Delight: A Perfect Birthday Night, All Thanks to a Bed I started scouting for hotels half a month in advance to give my sister a special birthday surprise. I finally settled on the highly-rated Buckingham Palace Hotel and specifically booked their Standard Twin Room. It turned out to be an excellent choice, especially the seemingly ordinary yet incredibly comfortable ”standard double bed,” which became the highlight of our birthday celebration. Upon entering the room, we were immediately impressed by the elegant ambiance and cleanliness. But the real showstopper came when we put down our luggage and eagerly tried to rest, sinking into the mattress. This was definitely not one of those hotel beds that are either too soft or rock-hard. This double bed offered just the right amount of support, perfectly balanced between soft and firm. The moment I lay down, I could feel every part of my body being gently cradled, as if a day's fatigue was quietly absorbed by this gentle yet firm ”embrace.” I specifically noted the high quality of the bedding fabric; it felt smooth and soft against the skin, without any roughness, and carried a fresh scent, as if it had been sun-dried, indicating the hotel's strict cleaning standards. The bed was also spacious enough for two adults like my sister and me. We could turn over and move around without disturbing each other, ensuring personal sleeping space. After our small birthday party in the evening, I lay down feeling a pleasant buzz from the celebration, and that's when the bed's magic truly revealed itself. It seemed to have a soothing effect, gently calming our excited nerves. My sister and I snuggled under the cozy duvet, continuing our late-night chats. The soft pillows perfectly contoured to our necks, and as we talked, we drifted off to sleep without even realizing it. That night was one of the deepest, most restful sleeps I've had recently, and my sister surprised me the next morning by saying, ”I haven't slept this comfortably in ages; this bed is amazing!” For a successful celebration, atmosphere and thoughtfulness are key, but a restorative environment that allows for complete relaxation is an indispensable foundation. The standard double bed at the Buckingham Palace Hotel went far beyond being just a ”sleeping surface”; its impeccable comfort provided the most solid guarantee for our precious sisterly time. It not only supported our bodies but also held those happy memories. This experience made me deeply realize that a hotel's dedication often shows in these most core details. If you're also looking for a place that can make an important occasion even more special, the Buckingham Palace Hotel's Standard Twin Room will not disappoint. Highly recommended!

The room is big, nice and clean! I occasionally eat there with friends and searched for hotels nearby for convenience! The result was a big surprise. It’s inside the Cultural and Creative Park. The environment inside can be seen directly from the pictures. You can come out in the morning or afternoon to have a cup of coffee, listen to the birds singing, and look at the autumn leaves! Gorgeous! The hotel front desk was very welcoming, and there was a terrace on the 6th floor where you could enjoy the entire park! If you have enough time, it would be best to have afternoon tea! Highly 5-star recommendation! I'll find a chance to stay here again next time!

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, very close to the subway station. I was traveling with my child to Jiaotong University, and a taxi ride only took seven minutes. Late-Night Noodles: After a fun day out with my child on Nanjing East Road, we returned to the hotel past 10 PM. We could still get noodles, which saved us from having to buy a late-night snack. The staff were enthusiastic and kind. The most entertaining part was the hotel robot, Ququ (蛐蛐), standing behind the staff. It had such a stubborn personality! The robot encountered a problem and refused to leave the elevator. A staff member told it to exit the elevator on its own, but it retorted, 'I'm working, don't disturb me!' There was no other option but to turn it off and carry it out of the elevator. 😂😂😂

My primary reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the 'Nanjing Photo Studio' filming location. I searched for nearby hotels, and Strich stood out as the best option – and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel's unique architecture, reminiscent of a miniature Wukang Building, is incredibly photogenic. I was even upgraded to a twin-bed suite. While not spacious, the suite felt compact yet exquisitely designed, and the cleanliness was impeccable. You can truly tell it's a new hotel; the facilities and hygiene are absolutely top-notch. It was also quite entertaining to watch some short dramas being filmed on-site. The biggest advantage is its incredibly close proximity to the film studio, which made everything so convenient. The hotel even provided complimentary tickets, which was a fantastic bonus and great value. Finally, a huge compliment to the service – both the front desk staff and the butler service were exceptional! My only suggestion would be to perhaps offer a slightly wider variety of dishes at the restaurant and to enhance the flavors a bit.

We stayed for 2 nights during the Chinese New Year and were very satisfied. The buffet on New Year's Eve was very good and the food was well arranged. There was also the God of Wealth and lion dance on New Year's Day.
