JW Marriott Properties in Shanghai

I chose this hotel for my business trip, and my overall experience was very satisfying! The location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's exterior is simple yet grand, and the lobby is decorated warmly and comfortably. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, making both check-in and check-out quick. My room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and a full set of toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and good flavors. Additionally, the hotel provides free high-speed Wi-Fi, a gym, and laundry service, making the facilities comprehensive and suitable for both business and leisure needs. Overall, this is a very high-value-for-money hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Staying at the JW Marriott Marquis Pudong this time was absolutely worth it! The river view room I booked had an amazing view; once the lights of the Huangpu River come on at night, it's just breathtaking. The service was also incredibly attentive; from carrying luggage upon arrival to handing over documents at check-out, every staff member was smiling, and they responded super quickly to any requests! (Serena provided fantastic service!!) The bedding in the room was so soft and plush, I never wanted to get out of bed, and the breakfast selection was so extensive it was hard to choose. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone visiting Shanghai who wants a river view. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm here!

I stayed here with my mom for two days. The front desk arranged a room near the elevator. The lake view was excellent, and it was beautiful at night. We ordered takeout, and the soup spilled, dripping out. The guy ran off quickly. The concierge at the door helped me pack the food in a bag. I was very grateful. The Chinese restaurant had delicious food, beautiful utensils, and attentive service. The vegetables were a little old and stuck in our teeth. We asked who had floss, and the waiter immediately brought some.
