Love that the hotel was located right in Terminal 2 of Pudong Airport itself. Took me awhile to locate the way to the hotel but once I went to the middle of the airport and spotted the escalator going towards the food area at the upper level, I could see the sign to the hotel straight away. Hotel room was spacious and large and I love that it has a bidet. No toothbrush provided but I guess you could ask them from the reception due to their regulations on disposables. Location is really a huge plus as you can just check out, go down the escalator and you’re straight heading towards the check in counters. No mini fridge but could understand why as most of the travellers are there just for a short while. Aircon is centralised so can’t adjust the temperature. Booked during December winter season and the room was a tad hot but got better afterwards.
