Rezen Hotel Hotels in Shanghai

Traveling with a friend, we chose this Lujiazui Lavande Hotel and were absolutely delighted with the overall experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and shopping areas. The entire room was spotless and well-maintained, and the living environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful. With excellent facilities and great value for money, I highly recommend it!

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at in Shanghai. The front desk service was incredibly attentive and thorough, with an excellent attitude. The environment was clean and hygienic, making my stay feel safe and comfortable. The hotel also offers umbrellas for guests to borrow. Its location right by the Xiepu Road subway exit is super convenient. I really feel like staying in a great place makes you luckier! Plus, there's an affordable and delicious *shengjian* (pan-fried buns) place about an 800-meter walk from the hotel. This definitely makes me want to visit Shanghai again and again. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that there's no complimentary tea in the room and only two washing machines and two dryers in the laundry room, which means a long wait every time.

I stayed here for two days while my child took the high school entrance exam. I initially chose it for its proximity, but I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was clean and hygienic, and the parking spaces even offered EV charging. While parking was tight on exam days, there was ample parking at the sports center just a two to three-minute walk across the overpass, costing 40 yuan per day. Overall, I think it was perfect. Lastly, I'd like to commend the breakfast – it was clean, hygienic, and had a good variety of options.

First time staying here and I was really impressed. The lobby looked very high-end and the front desk staff were professional and always smiling. The room wasn't huge but it was very new and tidy, and all the facilities were smart. The large TV was great for casting movies. Breakfast was also excellent, and the kids really enjoyed it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
