This was my first trip to Shanghai with friends, and we all agreed this hotel was fantastic! Located in the heart of Shanghai, the staff spoke fluent English — super convenient for travelers. Our room was spacious and clean, with an incredibly soft and comfortable bed. The hair dryer in the bathroom worked so well that my friend and I each bought one from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious too. All in all, it was an amazing trip!

The room is quite comfortable and spacious. The bed is quite comfy and big, even for two people. Location wise is pretty great, the metro station is roughly 5 minutes walk away, with stores like a Familymart and McDonald's near the hotel, so its doable to get your own quick breakfast if you did not opt for the hotel breakfast. Did not explore the wider vicinity so might have missed even more food options near to the hotel. Theres a free minibar which is quite appreciated especially if want a drink after a long trip day. The hotel staff also provided free drinks (similar to the welcome drink during check in) after checking out. The downside is that the toilet had issues of getting clogged (twice) but the hotel staff quickly resolved it before we are back to the hotel room at the end of the day. Additionally, the hotel cleaners may need to be more attentive on the small things like refilling the body shampoo as it ran out and it is only refilled by the last night of our stay. Would consider this hotel again the next time I'm in Shanghai

I came to Shanghai with my girlfriend to see a concert, so I booked a hotel half a month in advance. After comparing a few hotels with similar prices and room types, I picked this one. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see a standee – I didn't realize Junting had a collaboration! A male staff member at the front desk, perhaps recognizing our outfits, figured out we were here for the concert. He thoughtfully gave us small fans, wristbands, and hair clips, which was a huge plus. I hadn't expected any collaboration when I booked. **Parking**: The hotel's underground parking is very convenient and offers free unlimited parking. However, there are only about 20-30 spaces, not too big, not too small. We arrived at noon and there was only one spot left. I recommend arriving in the morning, mid-day, or afternoon for a better chance of finding a space. **Breakfast**: The breakfast was very plentiful. I had initially hesitated about booking breakfast. The breakfast hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and even at 9:10 AM, there was still plenty to eat, including noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, fruit, coffee, beverages, and pastries. The variety was quite comprehensive. **Room**: The room was also very clean and the experience was very comfortable! No disappointments, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it's worth the price! Highly recommended! A genuine review!

The hotel has a great location, close to Shanghai South Railway Station, making it very convenient for getting around. It has a strong exotic vibe, and the rooms are clean. I booked it for someone else, and they gave excellent feedback. The breakfast is also plentiful. It's definitely worth staying here.

The most magical thing about Huating Hotel & Towers is its location. It's nestled in the bustling Xuhui District, with convenient transportation and surrounded by numerous commercial facilities. However, the moment you step through the hotel doors, it feels like entering a tranquil oasis, secluded from the outside world. The hotel's courtyard design is incredibly clever, with lush greenery that effectively blocks out the urban noise. The soundproofing in the rooms is also excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. It truly embodies the phrase 'bustling outside, serene within,' allowing guests to fully enjoy Shanghai's modernity and convenience while also having a private space for relaxation. A big plus is that both breakfast and late-night snacks are great. For us, traveling by car, the most important thing is the free parking. Once we arrived, we could easily get around by bike, bus, or subway – it was incredibly convenient! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
