在茶園裡幽靜，遠離城市中的喧鬧。近距離感受自然的清新空氣，早上起床心情都好了許多。
房間位於湖邊，一面被竹林關包圍，一面連接餐廳。出了竹園的門口，即見連綿茶樹，特別適合我這樣愛散步的人。房間簡約而又温馨。
服務人員熱情洋溢，平時有什麼需求都能給予反饋，能馬上解決的五分鐘就解決了。晚上十一點多還麻煩工作人員也是很不好意思。也不見不耐煩。

交通比較方便，生態環境不錯，適合家庭休閑度假。但目前配套設施有待完善，如木屋別墅前的水塘正在整修施工，比較零亂；木屋室外的衞生不夠好，沒有及時清掃；餐廳正在重新裝修，附近沒有地方吃飯，衹有一户家庭可以預約做飯，但價格比較貴。

環境不錯。在茶園裡，在陽台就可以看到茶園的景色。衞生也可以，服務態度也熱情。就是周邊沒有什麼吃的地方。

很棒很不錯的酒店！就在萬古茶園裡麪，很安靜，空氣非常地清新，每間房都有小陽台，推開窗就是茶園基地，推薦！

除了個茶園可轉一圈，沒什麼可玩的。服務完全跟不上，遊客中心辦入住，連個人影都沒有，半夜房間發現衹大蜘蛛，聯繫客服，第二天早上才有迴應，退房時，遊客中心大門都鎖了，打電話催好幾次才來個人處理退房，晾着客人在外面30幾度高温等着，體驗最差的一次住宿，沒有之一。
