真的很離譜，提前一週預訂，到了才説沒有大床房，擅自給我換雙床，而且還不跟我説，上去才發現被換了，環境很差，很臟，也不打掃，住了一晚，讓人打掃，結果回來還是一樣，地上煙頭都還在，還很難聞，衞生間還漏水，反正要多差有多差，體驗感特別差，衞生間的毛巾還很臟，有一條還是破的，根本不敢用
