這樣的價格對於環境和衞生，我已經放低預期了。但是店家的服務態度確實難以讓我接受，明明預訂的是1.6米的大床，店家給的1.2米的，和預訂的房型明顯不符，我不接受，老闆娘很淡定的説，“你睡得下的啦，你這個價格衹能給你這種房子，實在不行你就退吧。”後面經過攜程協商，終於答應和另外一個客人調換，房間裏面也沒有重新打掃，掀開被子裏面都是頭髮，沒辦法，衹能要來床單被套自己換了。希望該店今後可以誠信經營。此次事件全過程攜程都在跟蹤回訪，都在積極幫忙協商解決，還算是給力的，作為攜程老用户，平台還是值得信賴的。

床上有頭髮污漬，主要是被子上有味兩個枕頭底下面一個沒有感覺衞生方面欠佳。窗户上很多灰很臟，感覺沒有打掃過一樣。圖片跟實物圖完全不一樣隔音效果不好，不清楚是這個房間，還是這家酒店都這樣半夜2:00被外面的人的聲音吵醒，3、4點又被吵醒感覺是酒店的問題不是人的聲音。第二天是準備去考試的搞得這根本讓人睡不了好覺#位置交通位置還可以不算偏
