The front desk staff, Xiao Xuan and Xiao Hu, provided excellent service. They were warm, patient, and truly deserve praise! 👍

The hotel environment is quite good, and there's a shuttle service for arrivals and departures, which is convenient for guests with a lot of luggage. The lobby manager is also very friendly, and the staff in Hanfu are quite responsible. The drivers for the shuttle service are also very nice.

The hotel is very close to Shangrao city center, and it's only a 15-minute drive to Ling Mountain Scenic Area. The garden landscape within the hotel is beautiful, making for a very pleasant stroll. You can also walk along the greenway outside the hotel.

My family loved it! The service was great, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. My Marriott Bonvoy membership registration had a phone number error, and they patiently helped me late at night. The room was very comfortable, and the whole environment was fantastic. You can even try on Hanfu! If you're traveling with kids, I highly recommend checking out the children's playground next door – it's really good. We also went to Lingshan, just remember to go early in the morning. We'll definitely be back!

I didn't manage to visit the attraction because I hadn't booked in advance, but staying at this hotel completely made up for it. The scenery is elegant, the air is fresh, the architecture is quaint, and the facilities are comprehensive. Just walking around inside, my body and mind felt relaxed and joyful.

A few friends and I came with our kids and booked this hotel, Guan Tang. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so getting food nearby requires a bit of a trek. However, it's quite convenient for those driving, as there are a few free charging stations in the parking lot. The environment is also pretty good, great for taking photos. Now, for the complaints. The hotel's shuttle service is incredibly slow. The night before last, when we returned from outside, we told the security guard at the main entrance to call a shuttle for us. We waited in the parking lot for over ten minutes, and the car still hadn't arrived. Our group walked back to the main entrance, asked the guard again, and waited a bit longer before the shuttle finally came. The next day, when checking out, I called to request two shuttles (as we had many people and lots of luggage) to take us to the parking lot. The front desk said it might be slow during peak hours. I asked how long it would take so I could plan our timing, and they said five minutes. Our group timed it perfectly and arrived at the entrance, but sure enough, no car. We waited a while, and finally, one arrived. It was just one shuttle, so only a few people could get on, leaving two of us with a pile of luggage to wait for the next one. After waiting a bit longer, a young staff member suggested we just walk, saying it wasn't very far (even though he did come over to help us with our luggage)... My face was a question mark. Seriously? Finally, another shuttle passed by, and they told us to squeeze in. That's how the shuttle service went. Then came the even more ridiculous part: the air conditioning in the room... Initially, it wasn't cooling. I called a technician to check it, and after a long inspection, they couldn't find the problem. It turned out that the AC's cooling and heating function wasn't controlled individually. If someone in the building turned on the AC or heating, all other rooms could only use the same! Because someone in my building turned on the heating, I couldn't get any cool air. I have to ask, if someone takes a shower and turns on the heat, do all other rooms have to suffer through hot air conditioning?

This garden-style hotel is spacious enough for walks and photos, and the air quality is great! It's quiet both day and night, so you can get a good rest. The hotel's hygiene is also good, and breakfast is plentiful!

Shangrao Yuexi New Century Grand Hotel Kaiyuan was an absolute revelation! This Huizhou-style garden hotel, nestled at the foot of Lingshan Mountain, with its white walls, dark tiles, and quaint bridges over flowing streams, felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. The lobby, a renovated ancient house, boasts old trees and bluestone slabs everywhere, creating an incredibly serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and elegant, furnished with wooden pieces and equipped with smart devices. The bedding is super soft, and you get stunning mountain views right from your window. The service was impeccable; the front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle bus was always available on call. Breakfast offered authentic local specialties like Qianshan hot noodles and Dengzhan Guo, which were delicious. We also got to experience Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for free, and the courtyard was perfect for photos. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable place that perfectly blends cultural charm with a relaxing holiday vibe. Highly recommend!
