Had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and patient. We were a group of 15 people and the service crew went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Special shout out to 蓝小娟 at the cafeteria and 曹仿 who helped us with all the costumes and activities. We had a great time!

This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

The location doesn't offer much around and there are no dining options other than the on-site restaurant. But those are the only disadvantages; the grounds are beautiful and the room is extremely spacious and comfortable! The facilities are well-maintained and the restaurant portions are copious and quite tasty. To get around the hotel, the front desk sends a golf cart. The pool staff were very helpful filling the pool with colder water when we stayed in the summer. It feels like a true holiday. I would choose this hotel again if in the area and in need of a staycation!

The hotel is a garden-style building with pavilions, bridges and flowing water. The scenery is very beautiful, and it feels like a garden in southern Jiangsu. The hotel rooms are villa-style buildings. The rooms are large and comfortable to live in. The price-performance ratio is high, and the breakfast variety is rich. The front desk staff Ran Xueyan is thoughtful and enthusiastic in service, and the battery car driver Liu Dafu is thoughtful in pick-up and drop-off service. He took the initiative to deliver our suitcases to the room. Thumbs up for them👍👍

The hotel's sanitation service is excellent, and we were given a free room upgrade. In particular, Chen Guoqiang and Cao Fang from the concierge department had a very good service attitude. I will choose to stay here next time.

Handmade DIY: Painting fans Hanfu garden experience: It was raining, and I made an appointment for Hanfu but didn't experience it because I was afraid of trouble. Environment: Very good, my husband and children like it very much and are reluctant to leave. Service: Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the two young ladies in the Hanfu Pavilion.

The hotel service is very good, with battery car pick-up (the battery car guy Cheng Bin is in-service, warm and thoughtful). The environment in the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, elegant and pleasant. The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom is not only three-part but also has a bathtub. The hotel also gave an upgraded courtyard room, which is very comfortable and atmospheric. The overall feeling is good and worth recommending. The hotel also gave Hanfu experience and handmade DIY (the service of Miss Cao Fang in the experience hall is delicate and thoughtful. She not only helps to wear Hanfu, but also helps to take pictures, call a taxi, etc.), wearing Hanfu to visit the park and relax in the hotel, and took a lot of beautiful photos. The hotel breakfast is complete, but not as amazing as the room! The only drawback is that there are no restaurants around the hotel. You need to go to the city or about 3 kilometers away to find them.

If you like Kaiyuan, stay at Kaiyuan🤟 Kaiyuan Guantang is mostly located in a remote area, but the park covers a large area, with a wide view and shaded trees. Each place has the characteristics of local cultural architecture. After dinner, take a walk and take pictures. There are scenery everywhere, leisurely and comfortable. Moreover, the staff are very dedicated, smiling service, thoughtful and patient, and the battery car pick-up is available on call. It was rainy on the last day, so I experienced the activities of sticking round fans and wearing Hanfu in the hotel. Xiao Cao and Xiao Chen, two beautiful ladies, were very patient and made us, novices, have a lot of fun🤗 I will definitely come again next time I have a chance✌

Kaiyuan Guantang, a garden-style hotel with Hui-style architecture, is like living in the scenery, quiet and elegant, and the service attitude is super good👍Thank you Ran Xueyan and Qiu Lixia for your warm hospitality. I learned that my mother was older and specially upgraded to a courtyard room on the first floor. The hotel also offers free experience of Hanfu and Chinese style handmade, which is very interesting. It would be more convenient if the hotel could add some small shops. The overall experience is quite good. It is a hotel very suitable for family travel with the elderly.

I came to Jiangxi for a tour and stayed at Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel in Shangrao. It's great here. You can even ignore the existence of some mainstream attractions when you stay here. It feels great. This is an ancient garden-style hotel, consisting of more than 20 well-preserved Hui-style old houses and super beautiful Su-style gardens. External vehicles can only be parked at the entrance of the park. There are enthusiastic reception staff to receive you, and the shuttle bus on call will take the guests to the reception lobby. The reception staff will quickly complete the check-in procedures and continue to arrange the shuttle bus to take the guests to the reserved room or house. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. The layout is very patterned, and there is no dust in the corners. The quality of the hardware is also good, without a cheap feeling. There are beautiful views in front of the door and outside the window. Every service staff I met, reception, guest room, garden, restaurant, regardless of their position, will take the initiative to greet the guests with a smile, and have good professional accomplishment. Especially the environment, flowers, trees, bamboos, pavilions, square bricks, and water systems are very nice, one step at a time, and there is no garbage at all. The breakfast is quite rich, and the variety is not much different from other hotels, but the service is better. Most of the ancient style hotels can be simple and elegant, and the details can be meticulous, which is not easy. I stayed for two days, and it was very pleasant to visit the outdoor garden on sunny days and drink tea on the balcony on rainy days. This should not be the city center. It is more than 20 minutes away from the high-speed rail by taxi and half an hour away from Sanqingshan Airport. The shuttle bus driver, named Chen Hongtao, has a gentle name. He is a gentleman. He drove us and held an umbrella, which was really touching. After leaving, I had already arrived at the airport and found that something was left in the room. I contacted the front desk. The lady was called Li Mengna. She actively helped me contact and find it, arranged SF Express, and promised to help me arrange a free room upgrade next time I stay. Thank you. Next time I come to Shangrao, I will choose here again. Highly recommended.

It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel environment is beautiful and the hotel is a beautiful scenery. More importantly, the hotel service is in place, making people feel at home. Hanfu was also given as a gift, leaving the children with a good memory. If I have the opportunity to come to Shangrao, I will continue to choose to stay at Shangrao Yuexi Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel.
