As for accommodation alone, the room area is spacious and the facilities are very comfortable. In particular, you can overlook the cliff valley scenery and have a good view. The price also includes expensive tickets and rich breakfast. But at the same time, there are still many problems. The biggest problem is: it is more like a maze valley than a fairy valley. The reason why it is a mystery is that in addition to the objective topographical factors, the main reason is that the construction and management parties did not set up clear enough diagrams. Many of the overall pictures of the valley do not conform to reality, and the instructions of the roads and intersections in the valley are incomplete and unclear, resulting in tourists and guests often asking for directions on the road. The breakfast is located on the first floor of the front desk of the "B&B Center", which is at the outermost and highest point of the Fairy Valley, but there is no reminder. If you don't bring your luggage, you have to go back to get it after breakfast before you can check out. You have to climb up and down again, and there is no staff to help. The front desk seems to only pick up but not send. Such service is speechless. In short, the design of the cliff B&B is creative, and the hardware conditions are hard to be picky, but the soft conditions, that is, the more important services, are really lacking. With such services, they sell almost sky-high room prices, and they are not afraid of losing their conscience!

The room is clean, and the toiletries are all high-end from major brands such as Evian Aqua of Parma. Living on the cliff is a good experience. The room staff are responsive to all requests and the service is very warm.

1. The house price is next to a stream, so it is very noisy at night. 2. The air conditioner blows towards the bed. The key is to turn it on at the minimum and the wind will be very strong. It will give you a suffocating feeling and cannot be turned on at all. It will be extremely hot in summer. 3. There is only one umbrella in the parent-child room. The other two black ones were delivered after 40 minutes after three calls. There was no room service for more than 3,300 per night. There were steps to walk up and down, and I was covered in sweat. 4. They left things in the room and didn’t even call us. We thought about it later and called. Express delivery was still payable on delivery. 5. The breakfast is sorry for the price of the room. It is at best the standard of a three-star hotel.

After traveling so far, this place is really not worth it! The room is on the top of the mountain and it is inconvenient to move around. Fortunately, someone helped with the luggage. The room of more than 3,000 is too low in cost performance. I originally wanted to see the scenery, but the window was very small and I couldn't see the scenery. The highlight is that the night view is not bad, but you have to go down to the bottom of the valley and see it from a distance! 

The room is very new! I went there for the night view of the Valley of the Gods, and the room surprised me! The toiletries are also from famous brands, and the hotel staff also helped us deliver our luggage to the room!

Is it because the only two hotels monopolize the accommodation business in the scenic area, which gives them the confidence? The room is far from the front desk, and the whole way is stairs and mountain roads, so it is necessary to help the concierge to lead the way and check in luggage. But the hotel did arrange for the elderly to do this. To be honest, this is not right. People should have compassion. And you can only enjoy the help of carrying luggage on the day of check-in. You still have to carry it yourself when you leave the hotel the next day. On the hotel facilities interface of Ctrip, it is clearly written that services such as meal delivery are provided, but in fact there is no such service. This is considered a fraud, and it is also the first time I have encountered it in my long journey, and I was shocked. The room is facing the drifting against the mountain, and you can't see the streets in the scenic area, which greatly reduces the value of the room. Moreover, the room is large, but the planning is unreasonable. There is only a large living room, but the bathroom is very small, and there is not even room for a floor mat. Besides, the bathroom floor is dirty and yellow, which makes people uncomfortable. Except for the bathroom, the other facilities in the room are complete. The hair dryer is from Dyson, and the toiletries are also of five-star standard. The TV is replaced with a projection (facing the bedside instead of the living room), there is no bathtub (wasting space again), and there is a professional heating fireplace. . . . Overall, it is very disappointing, not worthy of the five-diamond rating, let alone the price of 3000+. This is also the first time to give a bad review to a high-diamond hotel. I am really disappointed and angry.
