From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff greeted me with a super enthusiastic attitude, caring to help carry the luggage, and also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding play guides. The rooms are warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the smart equipment is all available, and even the details are spotless. GGuest UserThis is a must-recommend guesthouse. It's quite close to the scenic area, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the whole place is equipped with smart technology. Even the details at the foot of the bed are thoughtful. The owners are very welcoming and offer shuttle service to and from the scenic area, making you feel right at home. There are many food options available; the street downstairs is lined with restaurants.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient for WXG (Wangxian Valley) Scenic Area. The service, environment, and hygiene are all excellent. The room we booked looked exactly like the pictures, no discrepancies at all. My family unanimously gave it a thumbs up! Since we had a large group, the front desk lady kindly arranged multiple shuttle trips to the scenic area for us, which was a huge help 👍🏻. And the noodles and congee for breakfast were delicious! 😁

They provide free shuttle to the valley and also serve dinner and lunch for a very good price.
We had dinner there when we arrived and the food was very tasty.
The boss and her family are very nice and friendly. They also help us get a shared car back to the train station.
I highly recommend this place!

Yyihonghu****We arrived at Huangling in the evening. The winding mountain road had no streetlights, and we became increasingly confused as we drove. Luckily, the landlady came out to wait for us at the parking spot, which gave us the courage to continue driving uphill. The landlady's service was excellent; despite her small stature, she was incredibly energetic, picking up our luggage and climbing the stairs – amazing! The hotel is located near the rice terrace cable car, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. The rooms were spacious, with balconies, and the bathrooms had separate shower and toilet areas with strong water pressure, making showering very comfortable. We also had lunch at the hotel; the portions were generous and the food was delicious. They even gave us mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival – such a thoughtful gesture! They also gave us a bottle of rice wine before we left – so considerate! In conclusion, this hotel offered the best value for money. I would recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place for tourists (including foreign tourists). Nancy and the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly - they shared recommendations on where to visit. The food was absolutely delicious; we recommend ordering lunch and dinner there too. The room was lovely; the view from the balcony was stunning and very peaceful. We recommend hiring Master Yu as the driver; He drove us around the various villages (Wuyuan is his hometown, so he knows all the good places to visit). He is so thoughtful and took our picture many times! The afternoon tea was also very special. We had a wonderful trip!

GGuest UserMy 2-night stay at Yangxian Village, Wangxian Valley felt like stepping into a living Chinese fantasy painting hidden between the mountains. Waking up surrounded by misty peaks and hearing the peaceful sounds of the valley made time slow down for a while. The atmosphere at night was magical with lights reflecting across the valley and the entire place feeling almost unreal.
The hotel breakfast is delicious and sumptuous! A mixture of Chinese and Western styles. The village itself has many food options, performances, and activities, so there was always something to explore without feeling bored. After walking around the scenic areas, it was also nice to see bars and KTV spots available for people who wanted to relax at night. The environment balances both peaceful scenery and lively entertainment quite well.
The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay experience was satisfying. One small area for improvement would be the TV channels, as channels after 25 were quite lagging when watching at night. It could also be interesting if the resort considered adding services like leg massages after long walks around the valley. I think many travellers would appreciate that after exploring the mountain areas.
Overall, staying inside Wangxian Valley was more than just accommodation; it felt like being immersed inside the scenery itself. Definitely a memorable and unique experience.

TtravelbudgetXiansu may be one of the most organized hotel that I ever stayed. The way they give information through wechat, 小卓， our receptionist who is very helpful to help us with our questions. 5 stars service is for her attitude. I also didn't expect that hotel in remote area will provide toilet which has electric bidet like in Japan.
One thing that I like to suggest is the hotel should provide more information before we arrive about luggage service and bus location. We read the information from the guest reviews about rooms that far from hotel entrance and we didn't know that your luggage is very near from the bus that come from Shangrao station. We stayed in hotel near Shangrao station before to put our large luggages there so we only bring small luggage to Xiansu. If we had known the bus stop was so near from your luggage service, we would have brought all luggages.

GGuest UserDisappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest.
The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️)
There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby.
The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it.
One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way.
Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.
