I have only good things to say about this guesthouse. We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked the loft room. The room was clean. The kids love the spacious room and bathtub. I had a bag of laundry to wash when we arrived, the boss showed me the laundry room and place where I could hang the clothes to dry. Received complimentary plate of fruit. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. 1 free trip to railway station very much appreciated. It’s the little touches that make this place stand out for my family. This is a pet-friendly place. If you are looking for halal food, there are 2 stalls within walking distance (about 10 mins)

I rarely leave reviews, but I just have to give this guesthouse a great one! I only stayed for one night, and I contacted the owner in advance to arrange a pick-up service. The owner was already waiting for us when we arrived at Shangri-La High-Speed Rail Station, and they were very kind, recommending local tours and delicious food. I had plans to visit Meili Snow Mountain the next day and asked the owner for recommended routes and drivers, which they enthusiastically helped with. The room had complimentary snacks and drinks, and even face masks, disposable face towels, and disposable toilet seat covers. Their hygiene awareness is incredibly strong and very well-executed. The cats and dogs in the courtyard are all very friendly and super cute. If I ever come back to Shangri-La, I'll definitely stay here again!
