Highly recommend this hotel in Shangri-La! It’s truly worth the price — the view from our room was so beautiful, it felt like looking at a painting. 🥲✨ Inside the room, they provide an oxygen machine, an air purifier, and even floor heating, so it stays warm and super comfortable. The whole design and environment are stunning, very clean, and the bathroom comes with a modern sensor toilet. They also offer high-speed rail delivery service, foot-soaking sessions, afternoon tea, and breakfast — everything was delicious. 🥰 And the cutest part? Their lovely pets! There’s an adorable dog, two cats, and two little sheep. I absolutely loved the whole atmosphere. They even let guests borrow clothes for photos — such a thoughtful touch. A place I would especially recommend. 💛

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed at 4th floor and feel tired climbing up and down. I requested to hotel staff any availability to stay at lower floor and he helped me to change. Floor heating is very good in the hotel. But, breakfast variety need to be improved.

The best hotel we have stayed upon our 8 days Yunnan trip. Upon we arrived, the host had already contacted me prior to our arrival and already waiting for us. They have mesmerizing view looking at the Napa Sea, heated floor, oxygen refill machine, heater bed, large bath tub, proper automated toilet & heated shower. It is such a waste we couldn't stay longer cause the place surely have many more to offer, especially photography time with the host's pet using the tradisional costume. The foods were great, reminding us how a comfort food of our childhood memories.

We loved it here so much we extended another night. They have many animals here like sheep, a cute samoyed, 2 cats, birds and rabbit. The samoyed, kele, always ready to welcome you when you come back. Xiao Ke is a super sweet lap cat. It is a 20mins ride to old town, abit away from city so the place is quiet and relaxing. They will give you a ride to and fro the train station. Overall, this is a place i will come back again.
