The location is great, right opposite the East Gate of the old town, so it's really easy to walk everywhere. They also offer pick-up and drop-off service to and from the station, which is super convenient. The staff, especially the lady, gave us some great recommendations for sights to see and even complimentary snacks – so thoughtful! Plus, they provided earplugs and heated eye masks, which was a nice touch.

The room is fully equipped, with diffused oxygen supply, ensuring a peaceful sleep and friendly for high altitude sickness. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The hotel is located at the East Gate of the ancient city, making it convenient to go anywhere.

Out of the five hotels I've stayed at on my trip from Lijiang to Shangri-La and Lugu Lake, all around 400 RMB, Lotus Hotel was by far the best experience and offered great value for money. The facilities are brand new, the room is spotless, and the views are amazing – you can even see snow-capped mountains from the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and they even offer free laundry service. On top of that, they gave us a parting gift when we checked out. Full marks!

This was the best of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient for our two-day stay exploring the ancient town and Pudacuo. You can access the ancient town or catch a bus right across from the hotel. The complimentary disposable face towels were a nice touch. The service was excellent, and they even offer free shuttle service to the station. Having oxygen available in the room was also very convenient and reassuring for those susceptible to altitude sickness. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Shangri-La.

The room was spotless, and everything was single-use. The oxygen concentrator was a great touch. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room for free and provided an oxygen tank when I had altitude sickness. They also offered airport pick-up and drop-off. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Really great!

The location is fantastic, right across from Dukezong's East Gate, making it super convenient for meals and exploring the old town. There's a spacious parking lot right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and proactively upgraded me to a family room. The room was very spacious and clean, with double sinks and even disposable face towels. I had an excellent rest, and the breakfast spread was also generous. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a small gift. I was too busy unpacking when I checked in to take photos, so these pictures were just snapped quickly as I was about to leave, a bit messy. All in all, after driving all this way, this hotel absolutely deserves a five-star review! 👍

Excellent value for money, great service, and I was very satisfied with the room facilities, soundproofing, and breakfast.

The room offered direct views of the snow-capped mountains and prayer wheels, which was absolutely beautiful. The location right at the entrance of the old town was super convenient. Every staff member provided excellent service, and the airport shuttle service was also very handy. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit!
