Namu Zhuo Manor - Oxygen-Equipped Courtyard Room

Hotel room is big and i love that the shower & toilet are separate. It is located near the famous prayer wheel, around 10 mins walk. The location is near to ancient town however the car can still stop in front of the hotel, so very convenient whenever we want to order didi. The room has underfloor heating which always on 24 hours and the bathroom also have heater so it always make us warm eventhough outside temperature is minus. Breakfast also taste delicious, you can choose between rice noodle / porridge & barley pancake. And the owner is also very nice, last minute he still willing to pick us up from the railway station and even offer to drop us off to the airport on our check out day, what a very nice gesture. This hotel is very value for money and i would definitely stay here again when i come back to shangrila next time!

I really enjoyed our room, it had an en-suite bathtub and a projector, all this for an extremely affordable price. The view is beautiful, the hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help, we had all the amenities needed. The only less positive review I’d give is that we did not get replenished new water bottles every day, which is good to have for high altitude places, but that’s not a major issue, they have a kettle of warm water in the cafeteria gor those that want to be hydrated 😊 most importantly, we have oxygen collectors in the room, which was very helpful for my partner. the breakfast at the hotel is very filling and diverse, also very healthy. Loved the entire experience, recommend!

Our experience was just perfect. We were with the three of us and the room was heated, cleaned and even had an oxygen device. Also the view from the room was good and the location perfect. Before sleep we got complementary hot milk and the owner drove us to the train station without extra costs. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was nice and clean. It had floor heating and a view looking at the two shrines in the city centre. The host were also kind and helpful, even though I could not speak any chinese.
