View is fantastic facing the plains, mountain and lake.
Staff are enthusiastic, helpful and friendly.
They gave extra attention to our kids and attended us whenever we needed assistance in the room.
Breakfast mixian was yummy.
The best hotel coffee we had over our entire Yunnan stay.
The hotel had a ranch that houses sheep, cows and horses.
The hotel also provided a free photoshoot for us before we checked out.

非常棒的一次住宿體驗，一下車工作人員就很貼心地幫忙拿行李，房間的景觀特別好，可以直觀納帕海平原看雲捲雲舒，看牛馬羊羣。服務也特別好，有專屬的服務羣可以滿足各種需求。還有各種免費的體驗項目，最喜歡的就是下午茶和圍爐煮茶，氛圍很好，工作人員們都很熱情，讓人還想再來！

超級舒服的酒店，整個香格里拉草都乾枯了，這裏還是綠色和維護很好！房間門口就是馬和羊羣。服務從進門就感受到了，貼心，温馨！並且小哥哥們很好玩，5樓的下午茶和晚上的小聚會聊天，旅遊遇到這個的酒店，真的很開心！性價比高👍

Where do I even start… The hotel offered exceptional service, and our room had the most breathtaking view! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. They gave us great recommendations, especially useful for someone unfamiliar with the area and who doesn’t speak Mandarin.
Plus, the staff speak English very well, so communication was smooth and all information was delivered clearly.
The hotel also went above and beyond by hosting a cultural night for all guests. We played games, learned about the local culture, and most importantly—made new friends by the end of it.
Thank you MuKa crew for giving us the experience we will never forget 🫶
