This is a very reputable hotel with a rich breakfast spread and exceptionally warm staff. It was my first time bringing my wife and child to Shangri-La, and staying here left a wonderful impression! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my parents next time. A special mention to the plum juice, ginger tea, and Rhodiola tea prepared by the front desk for guests—they were truly excellent.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel so welcome. She even helped us cut a lemon! The room was clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. It's very close to the scenic spots, making getting around super convenient. This was my first stay, and it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but that's precisely why it offers great value for money and is incredibly quiet. I used to stay near Dukezong, and it was so noisy there. This place is perfect for anyone who needs peace and quiet to sleep. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The lobby even offered Rhodiola water, ginger tea, and sour plum juice. It rained when I went to Pudacuo, so coming back to a warm cup of ginger tea was incredibly comforting.
