Great place to stay in. The owners were especially warm and welcoming, the room is comfortable and has everything you might need during winter, and the location is very convenient. 很不错，老板非常热情、房间好舒服、地点好方便。

The hotel is nice but was not kept properly. Its located on the old town, convenient. It is really dirty 😞

This place is run by the kindest, friendliest people we have met. The facilities were great and new but the people were the highlight. We ate with them, drank tea with them, learnt so much from them. They helped us with whatever we needed without charge.

The staff gave consciously gave us a room with a broken door lock and did not even inform us. When we realized that we can’t lock the door and asked the employee about it he got really defensive and started to quarrel with us :) also, the rooms are all facing the courtyard which makes it impossible to sleep when someone is there. On our first and last night there were people there until midnight. On the good part the location is good and the other employee was more considerate and made sure we have all the necessities.

The feeling of coming to Shangri-La comes as soon as I step into the B&B. It feels different from the hotels I stay in every day. When you come to Shangri-La, you have to experience the local folk customs. The environment is very good and the boss is very gentle.

The location is very good, close to the north gate of the ancient city, and there is a station nearby. Next to Sifang Street, you can dance with everyone from 7pm to 9pm in the evening. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the rooms are very clean. The only drawback is that the hot water is not hot enough and the drainage is a bit slow. Everything else is very good. First of all, the landlord was very nice and enthusiastic and picked us up from the parking lot. The decoration is simple and clear in the style of a normal B&B. But the room was a bit humid. The introduction said it had air conditioning but our room didn't have it. The other room had it but wasn't allowed to use it. It was cold and wet on rainy days, very uncomfortable, not soundproofed and very noisy.

The manager was very friendly and helpful at all times. On the other hand, the room was unkempt, especially the bathroom. The floor and carpets were not clean. I do not recommend it for the price it had. Too expensive for what it was.

Everyone should avoid this famous hotel. I booked a family room in this famous hotel half a month in advance for two nights. When I checked in at 11 o'clock that night, I was told that there were no rooms available and the room I had booked was already occupied by someone else. Then they asked our family to check in at a famous hotel next door. They said we would stay there for one night and move back tomorrow. After all, it was late at night and we were unfamiliar with the place. We didn’t want to think about conflict, so we went to live next door. The famous hotel next door is a classic ******* old house, all made of wooden boards. As soon as you open the door, you will smell the wooden boards, which will scare you if you are alone. Our family of three didn't fall asleep that night. We were not used to living in this kind of room. At that time, I thought about giving this famous hotel a bad review. It was the first time I encountered such a person who booked a room in advance and refused to reserve a room.

The owner is from Yangqi Inn. He is super nice and there was a welcome ceremony. He helped us carry our luggage. There is heating. The toilet is very unique. The atmosphere of the whole inn is very healing and quiet. Come back next time!
