The place is amazing! The staff, especially Xiao Jiang, and everyone else from the hotel, has been exceptionally helpful and go the extra mile to assist us! WE LOVE THE ANIMALS IN THE PLACE AND VIBES HERE SO MUCH! Very family friendly. There is also a Muslim friendly vegetarian breakfast as well. There is an in house costume+photoshoot as well (to pay additional with more add-ons).

The reason why i choose this hotel because of the nature and we love it . Only 15 mins from railway station . And 15 mins to ancient city . Convenient for us as a family . Everything include , oxygen , warm floor , and staff very helpful from the beginning even we have communication barrier . They served us very well .

I was looking forward to this hotel the most during my trip to Yunnan, but unfortunately it ended up being the biggest disappointment. The price I paid was not justified at all. The room felt old and poorly furnished. The breakfast was unappetising, did not taste good, and clearly lacked effort. The only positive aspect was the view — it was beautiful. However, with this same view, I believe I could have booked another hotel that offered better value for money.

Our stay was absolutely ideal for families. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, yet perfect for kids to be kids. There was plenty of open space for them to roam around freely, and the presence of farm animals made the entire experience extra special. What truly felt like a dream come true for the kids was having deers and sheep right at our doorstep — coming by for feeding and interaction. Seeing their excitement and joy was priceless. It was such a beautiful blend of nature, relaxation, and family time, creating memories we’ll cherish for a long time. Plus point, this place offered complimentary pick-up and drop off, noon tea during check in day, daily evening soup/milk and catered breakfast to our dietary requirement - qing zhen. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful yet enriching stay!
