This is a beautiful and interesting place. My family and I like the ******* courtyard here. It is very clean, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and they are very caring. The view from the room is very beautiful, and it is also very convenient to go out to Napahai to see the scenery. It only takes a few minutes.

I love this hotel's interior design and spacious family room. The lady owner was very welcoming and kind enough to cater to our request for halal breakfast. All of their staff that we encountered were warm and accomodating. They help us try on their traditional costumes for free so we could take pictures near the lake! They even drive us to the ancient town for our dinner. I was pleasantly suprised that on our checkout, the owner gave us a bag of snacks and tea. I remembered telling her that I love the grape oolong tea that were provided in my room. This type of hospitality will make me a returning customer!

I reallyyy loveee this hotel! Think no more and just proceed with your booking 😀 Big room, beautiful hotel, complete amenities, beautiful surrounding, breakfast for Muslim and very kind host. They offer free pickup and even bought us bus ticket to Balagezong. Bus pick us up by the roadside of hotel, so we do not need to go down to Dukezong ancient city. Thanx to hotel for dealing with the bus driver. On our way back from Balagezong, traffic was not moving due to an accident happened on the highway. We wechat the hotel staff and they came right away to pick us up! God bless them for the super wonderful treatment. Once arrived at the hotel, staff cooked us vegetarian food and served hot tea. This is the best hospitality I ever get from any hotel that I stayed. They also provide free traditional clothes to wear and help you while dressing up. You can have a photoshoot at the lake behind hotel, very convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

They prepared halal breakfast upon request. Picked up and dropped off were free as part of service. Beautiful interior design within walking distance from Lake Napahai. Staff was friendly and always ready to serve.
