1，室內沒有準備塑料拖鞋，泡温泉不方便。2，室內沒有準備椅子，沒地方坐，沒地方放東西。3，温泉水温偏低。進水管道小，放水時間長。4，自助餐品種少，不值128元的價格。

酒店設施很好 房間很乾凈 一切都很新！特別感謝我的管家楊心麗 人美心善 處處周到 安排小車接送（司機保安大哥也很熱情）氣温變化大 我自己折騰發燒了 她很貼心的送來體温計 退熱帖（規定酒店不可以提供口服葯）還有當地特產橙子給我補充vc 心麗暖暖的 心裏暖暖噠 希望酒店可以打響知名度 接待更多的遊客 非常適合親子 情侶 朋友出遊 還有公司年會！

環境很不錯，空氣清新，房間住着也挺舒適，服務很周到，管家小姐姐笑容很好很熱情。
入住當天雖然下小雨，温度衹有7度，但絲毫沒影響我們去泡室外温泉的心情，38.6度和40度池泡40分鐘，再去巖板温泉躺20分鐘，超級舒服。
