Excellent hotel , great location overlooking the sea . Staff were all friendly and very efficient . We went with our spaniel and this hotel really caters well for guests with dogs and it is no surprise that it has won awards in the past and hope it does so in the future. We were half board and enjoyed good quality breakfast and evening meal. We would definitely come again

We live on the island but just wanted a night away from home and work .. never been here before but think it will be our go to for a last minute break/relax/ chill out .. from the minute we arrived the service was fantastic, the views , the welcome, the pool, the jacuzzi n drinks… the room was standard and didn’t have a view but we got a cheap deal so can’t complain .. we enjoyed next doors facilities at luccombe hall hotel too n ate in old Shanklin but could have had dinner there or takeaway which they offer ..breakfast was lovely the original cups n little pats of butter n coffees in a China pot were just some of the small details that made it so special.. we will definately be back

Hotel was clean and breakfast great but didn't like evening meals went to out to eat. Waitress quite rude when asked about why we had not eaten she just oh well instead of asking if wanted something else. Other staff friendly. Lovely view would go again

We found the staff at the hotel to be most helpful and courteous. We had made a mistake by booking for Luccombe hall but Megan and Erica were able to do a Swap , without causing any fuss and moved us to Luccombe Manor , to a room with a wonderful View . Room was excellently appointed and spacious. We liked the automatic blinds aswell . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking for another year . Even the weather behaved itself .

Just back from an amazing bank holiday stay. Staff lovely, helpful and friendly especially the lady on reception when we arrived. Rooms beautiful and very clean. We had sea views which was even more special. There are lots of areas to relax in, from the grounds to the games room/bar. Breakfast was lovely, you order your hot drink and food and it’s served to your table and there is also a buffet with fresh pastries, fruit etc. Shanklin itself was new to us and we loved the area - lots of pretty thatched cottages, shops and tea rooms nearby as well as the beach. Bus drops you off very near the hotel. Overall a wonderful relaxing stay

Excellent all-round service from booking right through to our departure. The staff were professional and the whole stay of three nights was most relaxing and enjoyable. We have been before and will go again, a fantastic outfit and so well run. Food and accommodation were excellent. Well done to all for making this a desirable place to stay and relax.
