Breakfast so so( buffet with very basic stuff no order you take whag there is ) need improvment for this standard
The view in the room 11: a wall , very opressing always dark

We book in to Shannon hotel only for a night, when we arrived the reception lady were nice, in the reception fee great and clean. When you come walked to tue room is so disappointed, the carpet so dirty and smell so bad, the room feels so uncomfortable. Didn’t have a hot water for shower. In the morning the water still cold, No recommend to book this hotel. The price so expensive not worth what I pay for.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Location ideal for Shannon airport. Food was delicious.
