1.還是冬天，房間裏沒有暖氣，空調不能制熱，房間裏特別冷，客房服務來給我們解釋是空調不制熱是因為酒店整體沒有燒。就很無語空調的工作原理應該不是暖氣的制熱原理吧。我們跟工作人員理論，説空調不用燒吧，如果是他這個解釋，夏天空調怎麼用？他給我們的解釋居然還是要整體燒。就很無語。2.客房電視也是壞的。3.淋浴頭也是壞的，水到處亂呲，就是不往身上淋。4.客房中的吹風機也不知道是多少年前的，頭髮吹半天也吹不幹還賊燙，頭皮都要吹乾了。
