I was really satisfied with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Moorhead. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene. The front desk staff, Fiona and Keren, were so kind and enthusiastic; they proactively helped answer my questions, providing truly heartwarming service. Right across from the hotel is a large shopping mall with everything you need for shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's incredibly convenient to have food, accommodation, and fun all in one place. Great value for money, highly recommended! I really had a happy and enjoyable stay.

I was in Shaoguan for a couple of nights for business and enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I booked an extra 3 nights. The rooms are modern and clean with USD outlets. The 15sqm Double Room is pretty compact so I upgraded to a 25sqm Superior Double Room with QB when I extended. It has a proper desk if you need to use your laptop. The staff are friendly. Simple breakfast but enough variety and some Western options. The location is a short walk to a huge walking/shopping street and a large shopping centre with a supermarket and food court. It's also around the corner from a massive park with a kid's fun park and rides. If you want to relax the 7th floor of the Ramada Hotel nearby has a great spa and massage.

This is my second time staying here. I'm on a business trip to Shaoguan with colleagues. The room is very spacious and quiet. It's also very close to the Fengcailou pedestrian street, just a short walk away, which is quite convenient.

The service was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They even proactively offered snacks when they saw I had a child and asked if we needed kids' toiletries, which I really appreciated. The laundry lady was also super kind; she offered to help dry our clothes and deliver them to our room. A big thank you to her! The lobby on the first floor is so cozy, and I was surprised by how many beautiful books they had. And the original flavor cookies? Seriously the best I've ever tasted! The promotional video in the elevator was brilliant, so cheerful and really put me in a great mood. Combined with the staff's warm and friendly welcome, my whole Shaoguan trip truly felt rejuvenating. I sincerely hope all the hotel staff stay happy and have everything go smoothly. Your happiness and your work are truly meaningful.

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!

This hotel in Shaoguan is really good! As soon as I entered the hotel door, the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus was refreshing. The service was attentive, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the fatigue of the day suddenly disappeared. Played the surrounding attractions, Shaoguan Fengcai Building, Maba Ren's ruins, Zhang Jiuling Memorial Park, Nanhua Temple, are all worth a visit, most of them are free.

The location is very superior, close to Shaoguan East Station, within walking distance, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The hotel is fully furnished, with a gym, self-service laundry room, smart equipment and robot delivery, and it is very convenient to stay. Xiaoyan at the front desk is warm and friendly, efficient, and will help in time if there is a need. The health details are well done, the buffet breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a tourist stay, the experience is full, I will choose here next time I come to Shaoguan, highly recommended!
