客觀評價一下，小地方酒店的服務水平確實不敢恭維。1.訂的套房，訂房時沒有顯示房間緊挨着KTV，入住後才告知，夜裡非常吵。2.現在居然還有收按金的酒店，退房時還要防賊一樣先檢查一番在退按金，感覺人格受到了羞辱。3.酒店服務人員應該沒有經過崗前培訓，一個個冷冰冰的。早餐進入時，直接問你幾號房，沒有任何禮貌用語。門口的保安，請他幫忙開下門，直接過來兇巴巴的問，為什麼不掃碼？像個大爺一樣。
給酒店提點建議，可能你們接的商務活動，會議，各種活動比較多，對散客不太重視。不重視可以不接散客的單，既然你們開門營業了，就要做好該有的服務。1.套房挨着ktv，就要在攜程裏寫清楚，選便宜還是安靜環境，由顧客自己選擇。2.酒店服務人員崗前培訓一下，既然從事服務行業了，就不要一個個端着，至少禮貌用語要有吧。3.管理水平要與時俱進，不説多先進，至少要達到如家，漢庭等快捷酒店的水平吧。

一次極度失敗的選擇，房間有黴味有水，服務也不行，最讓人受不了的是樓下是KTV，鬼叫到1點多，辦理時根本沒説，無語，建議避坑.
