The suite is next to the KTV, so you should write it clearly in Ctrip. Choose cheap or quiet environment, and let the customers choose. 2. Hotel service staff should be trained before taking up their posts. Since they are engaged in the service industry, they should not be too formal. At least they should use polite language. 3. The management level should keep pace with the times. It can't be advanced, but at least it should reach the level of express hotels such as Home Inn and Hanting.
