GGuest UserNestled deep within the lush, emerald embrace of the Zhuji Mountains, my recent stay at this charming, honesty-style resort was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life.
The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality.
As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories.
This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable.
Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

GGuest UserI recently completed my 2nd stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao, and once again, it was an excellent experience.
Upon arrival, the Assistant Manager kindly provided a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Floor room with a beautiful lake view, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated.
The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service throughout my stay was flawless. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight cigarette smell, as it appeared to have previously been occupied by a smoker. I informed the reception team, and they handled the situation immediately. Within 5 minutes, they arranged a room change, and the issue was completely resolved. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast at the 45th floor restaurant. The buffet offers an extensive selection of both Western and Chinese options, with something to suit every taste. There was a wide variety of fresh breads, croissants, cereals, dim sum, a noodle station, fresh fruits, and many traditional Chinese breakfast dishes. The spread was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent throughout my stay.
The hotel is located a little farther from the city center and some attractions. However, this was not an issue for me, as ride-hailing apps are readily available and inexpensive. Most of my business meetings were conveniently held in the Executive Lounge on the 45th floor, which offers excellent views and a comfortable atmosphere. Wanda Plaza is also only about 10 minutes away by car, providing plenty of shopping and dining options.
Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10. The service was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shaoxing and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Shaoxing.

MM294207****Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and relatively new. My room didn't have a fridge. A plus is that you can log in directly to watch anything on the TV box, and the internet speed is good.
Cleanliness: Generally quite clean; even the corners were taken care of.
Environment: The location is decent. It's near Cangqiao Old Street, close to Lu Xun's former residence and next to Xu Wei's former residence. It feels like it's in the middle of all the popular attractions. The distance is probably between 1-3 kilometers. If the weather were cooler, you could easily walk, but it's been too hot during my stay, except for Cangqiao Old Street which is very close. I really love the room; it seems like an old house? It's a Chinese-style room with exposed beams and pillars. Lying in bed looking at the high beams, I think it's beautiful and doesn't feel oppressive.
Service: Pretty good; quick responses on WeChat.
Shaoxing snacks: They even gave me a coupon for stinky tofu from a shop at Lu Xun's former residence, which was authentic. When I went, the sister there also gave me fennel beans.

I loved the summer special drinks in the lobby and the convenient 'carefree corner,' which had everything you could need. The flavored afternoon tea, featuring huangjiu (yellow wine), was a delightful and immersive experience. The hotel's location is fantastic; Cangqiao Old Street is lively and convenient, while Fushan Park and the morning market offer a glimpse into local life. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious. Plus, it's super easy to get around from here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing.

Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

The restaurant ordered 5 dishes for dinner, which were exquisitely made and tasted very good. The chef was attentive
Activities: You can barbecue, horseback riding, archery, and the children's playground is on the third floor of the reception room
Surroundings: We drove to Shangwang Village, where there is a good restaurant in the past, and the attractions in Shangwang Village are still under development and construction.
We drove to Dongxi Village to play in the water and pick wild raspberries. There are also seasonal fruit picking nearby

GGuest UserTwo families, four adults and two university students, traveled together and had a fantastic stay. Firstly, it was very close to the attractions, with convenient transportation and easy parking for those driving. Secondly, the street in front of the guesthouse was beautiful, perfect for taking photos and exploring the surrounding area. Thirdly, the owner was incredibly welcoming. The complimentary traditional handcrafted Shaoxing wine was delicious. I absolutely loved this city; our time there was too short, but I'll definitely come back again.
