Had a good and comfortable stay here. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the WiFi connection - not sure why but it didn't work even after the front desk staff helped to register. Had to rely on roaming data which usually gets used up before the day ended. Breakfast was a good spread but I sticked to fruits, green salads, boiled eggs and coffee - trying to avoid as much non-halal as possible. About 15 mins drive to textile city. Fair amount of Arab restaurants around textile city. I'll usually order for takeaway and reheat using the room's microwave.

Shaoxing is one of my favorite cities, and I always want to stay here for a while. This time, I finally chose the Italian castle between the sunny Tuscany and the petty bourgeoisie Xinchang Anlan. Let me give a truthful evaluation of the good and unsatisfactory things. Let's talk about the good things first: 1. The location is really good. I felt very comfortable driving all the way from the gate when I arrived on the first day. 2. The boss has good taste. The original flavors of Italy are concentrated, from the exterior to the interior. 3. Some waiters are still good. Unsatisfactory (prompted me to leave the hotel early): 1. When I had breakfast the next day, I contacted Ctrip to ask to leave the hotel early because the attitude of the breakfast waiters was really bad. Not only did they not smile, they did not collect the plates in time, did not turn on the air conditioner, and did not restock the milk after drinking it. The climax happened when a young lady at the next table screamed halfway through her meal because a cockroach climbed onto her thighs and ate together. 2. I emphasize again that I am very disappointed with the service of this hotel every day when I go to have breakfast. The service staff of the entire hotel gives people the feeling that they have no smiles and do not care much about whether the guests are satisfied. 3. Finally, let's talk about the details, which make this external hardware lose popularity: a/ The swimming pool is not clean enough, the disinfection pool is useless, and the sauna room has been requisitioned as a storage room; b/ There is a license plate recognition system at the door, but every time you enter or exit, a lady with a stiff tone asks you who you are with a stern face, for fear that you don't know that the service of this hotel is average; c/ This hotel really doesn't care whether the guests are satisfied. I asked Ctrip to check out early, and they asked me what I was dissatisfied with, and then said sorry to disappoint you (this era is so Buddhist, I'm a little envious).

Thanks to the lady named Li Xia and the lady named Tong at the front desk. They spoke very gently, were warm and friendly, had a warm smile, took the initiative to greet, were reasonable, and responded to all requests. They arranged two very good rooms for us, and upgraded them. The balcony room can see the river, and the villa room has a river view when you open the door. The sunshine is very good. I am really satisfied~ The breakfast is also very good. Many meals are developed and customized by the hotel. They look simple, but the quality is very high. The bean curd rolls and gluten stuffed meat in the noodle stall; the meat buns, vegetable buns, and siu mai in the steamer; the special longan stewed eggs in the beverage series are all very special and delicious. I feel that the buffet breakfast for two people is worth more than 100 yuan haha~ After changing to the villa, we accidentally turned off the main switch of the hot water. The room staff Chen Xianyue came to help debug in the rain and handled it quickly. She was very good. Thank you~

It is located in a prosperous area, with convenient entertainment, considerate and patient service, clean, spacious and bright rooms, close to the ancient town, convenient for travel, and moderately priced, attracting guests from afar.

The front desk service is warm, thoughtful and attentive. The mattress is very comfortable and the breakfast is good. It is close to the market and very convenient. I come here often.

This has been one of my favorite hotels in keqiao because of it's location. But it has really got old now. They room looks battered. The doors of the washroom are loose. sometimes feel scared they might fall. The amenities are very normal. The breakfast is also ok. The rooms need a touch-up very badly. The shower doesn’t have any power.
