主要是帶狗子去住的，會有額外的清潔費。酒店整體服務不錯，雖然規模不大，但還算精緻，管家思語提前聯繫並升了房，退房還送了一些禮物。早餐點單製出品很精緻。總體體驗還算不錯。

一段愉快的休假旅行，必須有一個好酒店，如果這家酒店超出預期，那就是特別愉快了。璞祺藝境就帶給我和家人這種感受。SLH的標準意味着酒店的下限一定很高，而親身的體驗，讓我們打開了向上想象的空間。江浙滬的度假酒店去了不少，這家絕對是名列前茅，環境和硬件無疑是很棒的，而印象最深刻的是酒店整個團隊的優異服務，以及寶藏石雕博物館。謝謝管家小王的精心安排，謝謝小李對石雕館的專業講解，還有健身房，餐廳，前台，迎賓，客房部所有這些滿懷善意的員工。也祝酒店生意興隆，越來越好。

完全超出預期，交通很方便，下高速口就到，離柯巖景區十分鐘車程。所有工作人員都非常熱情，盡責，有求必應。有個叫劉蓉的姑娘，很細心體貼。值得二刷

這大概就是酒店中的”胖東來”吧。服務人員素質跟顏值都很高，整體的環境很安靜，乾淨。下次還會再去～唯一建議就是健身房要換位置，地下室通風不好，加上游泳池在旁邊，消毒水的味道比較重。。。

紹興週末遊，住過位置極佳的紹興飯店，住過隱居度假的東山大觀，這次選了璞祺藝境。
下單備註了結婚紀念日帶小朋友，管家思雨提前聯絡並升級到了帶榻榻米的隱雅房型，做了紀念日佈置，初見印象細節滿分。
遊船接駁入住比較有儀式感，夜放河燈和手工拓印比較有體驗感，漢服旅拍也輕鬆出片，泡澡、游泳、小童樂園三件套是孩子心頭好。
晚上回房時已經佈置好夜床服務，配了竹蔗茅根水和小點心，床頭放置喜馬拉雅水晶鹽燈和白噪音助眠音響，就寢舒適度直接拉滿。
特別要點名表揚客房經理Doris，在餐廳用午餐時，想給小朋友點小甜食，但是菜單沒有供應。Doris及時發現情況並主動為小朋友特別提供了一份甜點拼盤，小朋友超驚喜的。入住期間多次遇到Doris都真誠問好，主動服務，和小朋友有愛互動，其專業素養和酒店整體管理水平可見一斑，超級加分。

酒店靠近高速路口，寵物友好酒店工作人員也挺喜歡狗的，房間乾淨挺大的，但是這個價位的酒店電視居然不能投屏有一點瑕疵，晚上大門會關用房卡開私密性也挺好的，酒店裡麪就有很大的花園狗狗玩的很開心風景挺好的，管家吳蓉有求必應洗漱不夠了添的很及時，總體體驗感不錯。就是不知道為什麼我看別人評論有伴手禮但是我沒有呀。
