I came to participate in the half-marathon organized in the city and the hotel was really great, great welcome, spacious room.

The hotel is very good. Everything is very clean, comfortable. Cleaned up every day. We express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel. The price is reasonable, it is clean, and its fragrant smells are very beautiful, soothing the nerves and making us happy. I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

Seriously underrated hotel, great beach, interesting underwater world on the reef, good for snorkeling

Rest at the Al Hamra Hotel from 8 to 14 March 2020. Residents without deposit and money extortion, all honestly, politely Say that we enjoyed living in this hotel - not to say anything. Hotel without deposit, settled us in five minutes, gave a great 710 room. Staff is beautiful, no hint of hammock, always help, tell, show. Cleaning every day. Every day, they gave an individual set: shampoo, hygiene packets, shower gel, hairdress, toothbrush, toothpaste, vattock and discs, shower hat, toilet paper and loose. Every day they left two bottles of water for 0.5 litres. There was a sewing set in the room, a spoon for shoes, a sponge for the cleaning of shoes. Everything is chic. If you get mad - I will say that the safe didn't work. No one on the bags crawled, didn't try to extort the tips (though the maids deserve them, of course). The door opens at the hotel entrance. The staff is very friendly and supportive, but there should be a hair dryer in room and pest control is needed as few cockroaches was playing around the locker.. another thing that I booked a room with king size bed but at the checkin time no room was available with king size bed.

I informed the hotel prior to arrival about my arrival time which was around 9 am. I arrived after long delayed flight ,the receptionist told me that there are no vacant rooms I told her about my request she said “I only have one room and the guest Will arrive soon but you know what i will take the responsibility and register it for you because you seem so exhausted “. After unpacking and tried to have rest we found cockroaches, and missing kitchenware,the toilet flush is damaged and pours water everywhere, one of the showers has only hot water and i was burned and the ceramic wall was broken and my son got injured. After few days i couldnt take it and even though packing the bags with kids around was challenging but i requested to change the room ,insects and cockroaches were increasing was the hot weather and i couldnt tolerate that however they tried to bring the pest control but with no success. After insisting on changing the room , the finally showed me another room but it was late in the evening so I told them I will move in the morning as I need more time to pack my bags. In the morning i packed all my stuff and ready to move they claimed “ will never keep a room empty, you had the chance to move yesterday we could never do anything for you now sorry you will need to wait”. after a long struggle they gave me an vacant room which I found out it was rejected by another guest and here comes the other room -no cockroaches (+1) - No hot water in the bathtub . -No enough towels and when I asked for more they told me even though we are 4 persons it’s only one shower so they cannot supply us with more than 2 towels. - problem with the manhole in the kitchen which brought up dirty water every morning . -fridge was damaged. -most of the furniture torn apart .Adding to that the vending machine in the lobby has took the coins and did not bring back the drink And when we complained to the reception they told us it’s non of their business and will inform the manufacturer company. And never got fixed Our stay was long and terrible,unfortunately i had busy schedule and couldn’t leave this hell of s place

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her
