Отличный отель!!! Хорошо всё. Обслуживание,номер, персонал. Единственное нет рядом пляжа, для тех кто хочет, вышел и на море, не подходит. Но если планируете взять машину, то это не проблема. Мы брали, утром просыпались, если хотели на море брали плавки, в машину, 5 минут и ты на пляже.

There was a inconvenience during check in as the receptionist told us that they couldn’t find our booking. Then I made a call to trip.com. It took 30 minutes to get this matter resolved.

Beautiful hotel, loved our room, bed was comfortable, sofa in room was clean and comfortable as well, the whole service was amazing, didn’t take longer than 5 minutes for any request we made.
All staff were friendly, nice and professional.

الصراحه من اسوء الفنادق اللي رحت لها حاجزه عن طريق موقع بوكنق و جايه زياره منطقه الشارقه و اول مادخلت الفندق *المدير* بلغنا ما عندكم حجز و لا في سويت زياده وكان اسلوبه جدا سيئ 👎🏻 و قال لنا تقدرون تطلعون من الفندق خلاص مافي سويت زياده لكم ومن بعد ما كلمنا خدمه العملاء في بوكنق ساعدونا و اكدنا الحجز عن طريق موقع بوكنق و بعدها عطونا السويت بس كان من افشل التجارب و من افشل الفنادق والمدير - هيثم - ميثم - كان جدا جدا سيئ في الكلام ولا كلمنا باسلوب عدل 👎🏻👎🏻 مستحيل ارجع للفندق مره اخرى

Отель 5*, новый, чистый. Большие номера, белоснежные простыни и все как полагается для отелей 5*. До пляжа 6,5 км. Автобус от отеля бесплатно возит до пляжа в 9.00 утра, забирает с пляжа в 12.00 На 21 этаже бассейн, спортзал. На завтрак: 5 видов сыра, каша, хумус,йогурты, хлопья, чай, фрукты - всего в достатке. Обед: рыба, картошка и другие блюда. Ужин: не ходили, так как наедались на завтраке до отвала и не могли столько есть 😀 Рядом набережная. Пальмовый парк. Продуктовые магазины в 1 км. Аптеки, ТЦ в 1 км. В целом в Шардже делать особого нечего, кроме как отдыхать и никуда не спешить. Ленивый отдых в отеле в бассейне, отдых на пляже с утра, кушать, гулять по набережной, шоппинг. Вся туса в Дубае, в который можно добраться на автобусе, или такси.

Chambre très agréable et spacieuse et la literie est confortable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est cependant très bruyant et sans charme ce qui rend les petits déjeuners désagréables même si là nourriture est bonne. Nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup profiter de la piscine investie par les enfants. Cette dernière est très bruyante également. L’hôtel est de plus bien trop loin des transports en commun (1h de marche du 1er métro et 1/2h en bus et ensuite compter 1h de metro pour vous rendre de l’autre côté de la ville ou compter plus d’une heure en taxi pour arriver la Marina. L’accueil est très sympathique comme dans la majorité des hôtels de cette ville. En conclusion je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour des touristes étrangers venus visiter la ville

Easily the worst hotel i’ve stayed in. Rooms are basically boxes that feel industrial, breakfast they don’t care. Just no character to the hotel at all (I stayed at several other hotels in Sharjah just beforehand and they were good). Don’t bother. This is the first time i’ve ever wrote a review like this..
