Crystal Plaza Hotel

The workers were very nice so can't complain, they also upgraded my room and helped me out parking the big suv I had in their spot. Recommended for a night or two!

Disappointing stay at Crystal Plaza Hotel Al Nud, branch. The hotel did not provide basic necessities. There was no drinking water, the bed was uncomfortable, and even the towels were insufficient for two guests. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities were provided, which is a basic expectation.

The service is okay apart from the missing of the teapot in the room, the food is nice and at an affordable price. The environment is quite I like

Building a bit old and furniture too.....No water bottles given..Room not as I expected but ok.

The parking was so tight and services was not as good as it is presented.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. When my booking time ended, the staff’s behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Rather than approaching the situation with courtesy and understanding, they were rude and made us feel unwelcome. I believe that all guests deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the circumstances, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. As a result, I cannot recommend your hotel to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the conduct of your staff.
