There are many room types, and the price on Ctrip seems to be for the basic room? The front desk said the rooms are located in sections 20 and 21, as shown in picture one. I saw many people staying there. It's a bit of a walk to the beach from there, and rooms closer to the beach are more expensive. The room type we got was definitely not like the pictures. The front desk offered paid upgrades (PS: There's one tall, dark-skinned guy with curly hair at the front desk – not sure of his nationality – who was all high-fives and ear-to-ear smiles with white guests, but he was dismissive and gave differential treatment to others. If you encounter him, just ask for someone else. Everyone else was very friendly, and our slightly complicated check-in was eventually handled well). The hotel facilities here are quite old, so don't have high expectations. The bedding and linens are old but clean, and the room is cleaned daily. As long as the air conditioning and hot water work, it's fine. It's best to bring your own toiletries, and a hairdryer if you need one – some rooms have them but they don't work and can't be replaced, but with the good sunshine, things dry quickly anyway 😂. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffets. If you get tired of them, there are paid à la carte restaurants. The beach environment and underwater scenery are good, mainly hard corals. You can snorkel directly from the shore. The entry points will be closed if the waves are too high. After getting a towel, just find an unoccupied lounge chair and relax for the day. Overall, this all-inclusive hotel offers good value for money. You'll wear a wristband after check-in, which you'll need for entry and exit. For luggage porters and housekeeping, a tip of around 30 EGP is usually sufficient. More might make you a target unless you feel the person truly deserves it. It's best to exchange small bills at the airport beforehand.

I want to leave a negative review for the Sharm Plaza 4-star all-inclusive hotel. Upon arrival, we waited for 3 hours before being checked into a terrible room: dirt everywhere, no window in the bathroom, a broken window that wouldn't close, no toilet paper, no toiletries (robes, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, soap), no pillows, and no water! We insisted on being moved to another room, and there we found another surprise: they started cleaning the room right in front of us, splashing water all over the tiles. The stairwell in my building back in Russia is cleaner than this hotel! They used one rag to clean all the rooms. Again, no toilet paper, and only one towel for two people. For two days, we didn't receive any towels or toilet paper, and the room was not cleaned. There were 2 mugs for 4 people, and no matter how many times we asked the reception to fix these issues, there was ZERO response! The food is disgusting, and the menu was the same for two days straight! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL! It doesn't deserve a single star out of four!

Plastic cups, limited food selection, and poor service. At most, a 3-star hotel.

The hotel environment deserves high praise. I recommend staying in a room close to the lobby for easy access, as the hotel is very large. The meals included are plentiful, with a variety of dishes to suit Chinese tastes, including barbecue, main courses, drinks, and snacks. It's suitable for couples and families. There are also complimentary drinks and snacks on the hotel's beach.

The service is poor. The grill and fry stations serve two finger-sized pieces of food. The food selection itself is limited. There are no alcoholic drinks at all, just juice with syrup instead of mint and watered-down whiskey. I'll hang around here a little longer and then write a detailed review.

My room was very dirty, unhygienic, and unclean. I constantly had power outages, and no one could help me. For whatever reason. I feel helpless and will be so glad to check out and leave this hotel. It's a truly terrible hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Disgusting hotel, they don't clean the room, they checked us into a terrible room with no pillows, no toiletries, everything is dusty and dirty, the window in the shower is missing and does not close, they started to complain - they moved us to another room where there are no and are not provided non-bathroom accessories (robes, slippers, toothbrushes, etc.), one towel for two, no kettle and mugs, before check-in they washed the floors with the same rag in all the rooms, and when they washed them they splashed water from a bottle and swiped them on the tiles, some kind of midges were running on the bed linen, the food is disgusting, the same menu for two days, everything is cold, you have to stand in line for food, there is a person standing at the entrance and does not let you in, you have to stand and wait for the tables to free up, this is the first time I have seen this, we asked them to bring towels, toilet paper, water from the room, ZERO reaction!!! They stand there smiling, in the end they brought nothing!!!! I don't recommend this 4-star Sharm Resorts hotel. Who even gave them those stars? They don't deserve any.

Everything was good, including the food.
